    Not that simple unfortunately, Virgin say that as historically I have not gone over my inclusive minutes,I cannot cancel the contract because of the price hike. I pointed out that I have 12 months to go, and I well might go over in that time, but they refused to cancel without hefty penalties.

    I have taken it to the OFCOM ombudsman, we will see who is right

    Any good reason why you have dug up a nearly 4 year old thread,about a Sept 2009 price rise.:D

    I suspect Ofcom will say this is a commercial desicion by Virgin and so say Virgin's right.

    Other than that as is said please try and raise a new thread rather than restart an old one.

    I've just been informed by text about another virgin price rise from 25th July 2011.
    Maybe someone cant start a new thread?
    I'm gonna call and try reject.
