Been to hospital with DS3 for his hearing test today and his hearing is worse. Consultant wants to put grommets in but I'm not keen. Now feeling all tearful as he said it's best for DS3 but I'm worried and then I think of poor G&B's LO and how she'd readily swap and have such a small problem. I really am rubbish at making decisions.

Hugs for you and DS3, your sons problem is no less significant than my LO's! It is still a big decision for you to make in his life.

When my LO was in hospital we spent a month living on an oncology ward as oncology and ortho were together. It made me really thankful that my LO 'only' has what she has, its not nice but its not immediately life threatening. Some of the patients and their families on that ward would break your heart. There is always someone worse off than you, however it doesnt make your problems less important or significant to you.

Kitchen tidied, DS1 been to the corner shop for me and is now doing a bit of pruning out the front so I can plant out my leeks after lunch.

Going to hoover the stairs and DS1 room and then lunchtime.

whew.gif Right blueberry cake in although I dont hold much hope for it turning out ok. Need a giant wollop round the head today as I am suffering hugely from head up bottom syndrome blush.gif. Didnt have the right bits for the cake so have slightly adapted what I did have and have now poured it into the SC. Goodness only knows what will come out later.
You are all, however, invited for cake later - if your brave enough smiley-sick009.gif

    Hello all!
Did all levels last night so have made myself a star out of a cereal packet! I call it inspiration, so let's have no more talk of leaving the board because people haven't dusted or hoovered!

Won’t be doing any flying tonight as off to the west country for a conference all of tomorrow! I think I may even miss mopping the floor while I’m gone!
    Overpay!
