    Hugs Rach.

Dinner is just about done, theres another lot of washin gon the line and its wine o clock here now. Cant hack any more of the kids being as DD put it lazy @r5ed little tykes. I have given them the opportunity to earn a decent amount of pocket money, have nagged them to do it, then told them they have to take the lead and ask what is to be done and they havent. DS does keep his room tidy but I am not giving him £17 a week for doing that! I'll be £90 a month better off until they decide they miss it and start working :D

More wine and I think its a nice californian (not sure) blossom hill zinfandel - gorgeous

    off to serve dinner

ETA doesnt sound too good soappie - hope it doesnt develop nto the dreaded SF
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

soappie - I think you should get you DS and DiL to sort out the food, and take to your bed. Maybe you could hand the stars over for next week... I'm sure someone could help (I'm not going to volunteer as there's no way I'll keep up as it's a busy week). You need to concentrate on getting better in time for your sister's wedding.

rach - hope things settle down soon

well done on fixing the bikes valli :D

Enjoy the extra cash Kaz - what are you going to spend it on?

I'm being lazy now... haven't sorted out upstairs, and haven't been out for a walk. Think it might be a bath and an early night kind of day. I'm really fed up with the lack of energy, particularly after I did so well while I was on leave. I know I just need to pull my finger out, as there is no real reason for it - just laziness :o but I'm not going to keep losing weight or get fit by sitting around! In fact, given what Triker is going through, I feel guilty and ashamed even saying that, so I'll go out and post the letter in a bit, and then start getting myself sorted for the week.

Still, downstairs is respectable, there is no laundry (apart from handwashing) needing to be done. There's a small amount of ironing to do, but the paperwork is mostly under control.

It's the garden and my wardrobe that really need the attention... maybe once the last interview is over (or possibly this week, while avoiding doing my preparation :p)

    soappie get well soon vibes

Triker - thought greenbee gave some fab advice there.

rach - hope things settle down for you too

pigpen - I'm sending you lots of positive vibes. You can use them as you choose!

Hi dusty - :hello: I've been gardening all day too - well, mostly taking three more carloads of cut down clematis to the tip actually. Then I decided to have a real blitz on the shady border. There is bindweed spreading from next door, and the mahonia has dropped half its leaves, smothering everything, so a good clear out needed. I've decided not to remove the mahonia for the time being, but to cut it hard back instead. I also hauled out armfuls of geranium, some of which I have potted up for my brother.

The boys have half done their room - it's at the worst stage at the moment, with everything pulled out and half sorted. I'm not getting hassled, it's their room, they can do it themselves! There is a large pile of stuff for ebay which is good news. I think I may find a space in the garage for them to stack it which would make the bedroom immediately much easier to sort and clean.
It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be

The thought of DS and DiL finishing the cooking of a full on sunday roast is giving me a heart attack . I'll be fine I'm not too bad. I'll probably get them to wash up. I'll do the stars until Toots is home and up to it. All it involves, really, is sitting at the computer. I promise to try better this week!

Quillion - Toots should be home tomorrow all being well.
