MOJ2 - very impressed with the printer bargain - I would be struggling even with the instructions.
I'm having one of those 'wandering from room to room carrying things' afternoons. Trouble is when you start to re-organise things get worse before they get better.0 -

Toots out of hospital yet?
I have done lots of flying yesterday, partly because the weahter was so poor and because we had another 2 viewings on our house so it looks lovely. I also had no ironing pile until about half an hour ago when I fetched the washing in:rotfl:only about a HHI worth though so will get out of way tonight.
We have had another offer on our house which we have until Monday to decide on or not, but the house we wanted to buy has gone  so we have 4 to look at today. The first was lovely. 3 more to go:rolleyes:, just hope we agree on somewhere so we can accept offer and get moving (if only it were that simple). Right off to declutter a coffee and catch up.Cross Stitch Challenge Member ?Number 2013 challenge = to complete rest of millenium sampler.0 -

Hi! Have been a busy Ginger Girl today so far. Have attacked the dust bunnies and sorted out the mountain of toys under DD2s bed (den type thing). Have also put some stuff away in loft and caught up with all the washing. Next job is to vacuum bag some bedding to make some more space in cupboard. (I know the plan was kitchen cupboard - got a bit sidetracked!!!!) Have also been on organizedhome.com to get some ideas on how I can sort out morning chaos for September. DD1 needs to be at the bus stop for 7.25 so we are going to need to be MUCH more organised! Anyone use the launchpad idea?????
Hugs to all in need - right, back to slay more dust bunnies!0 -
yay on the dust bunny slaying. I am being quite lazy sitting on my butt making lists and looking at paint colours. Our hallway is totally internal with no windows and is currently a light coffee colour with white skirting and a cream carpet. Thinking of changing it to a nice mint green colour. I think that might brighten it up alot.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000

has anyone got some spare motivation, I seem to have lost mine!
Was going to attack the spare room, but the usual meal time battle has seriously dented my mood. An' It Harm None, Do As Thou Will

Toots should be out tomorrow.
I've got a FOURTH (and hopefully final:rolleyes:) interview for the job on Friday. I make cakes for relaxation
Well done on keeping the house in show-home order. Hope the offer is what you need, and good luck with finding somewhere to move to.
Downstairs done. Washing in and folded. Clouds coming over... so do I walk to the post office, mow the grass, hoover upstairs or sit around doing nothing again0 -
Triker - sorry to hear you couldn't go out last night. If you're not up to it tonight, how about getting hubby to order a nice takeaway, get a DVD and spend some time together quietly? I think you're going to need to start delegating more, so how about using the energy you do have to write instructions, set up online shopping lists etc, so that the family can help out easily? Is there anything we can help with?
Good idea re tonight, I'm just desperate to do something 'normal', even if it will be at 1 mph.:o
Your thoughts are great re lists and delegating....will do, we're good for most things as I'm a stockpiler....hence the mess.;):D
Only thing you guys can do is just keep being here and don't too disappointed about my lack of flying.I'll do what I can.xxxDFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08
