Your kids would hate it here then! No dinner/lunch no pudding. It's amazing how quickly it goes then. If they refuse a meal then they get nothing else and I don't reheat either if they have let it go cold. Kids will not let themselves starve, be tough with them ;)

    Same in this house;)

Dinner is in the oven, i want it now! Slow cooked topside of beef with red wine and [STRIKE]porcini[/STRIKE] shitake (because i bought the wrong ones:doh:) mushrooms, yumyumyum.

Just going to strip the bed and tidy the tops of the dresser and desk.

Gosh its quiet on here today!

Not making great progress here - just off to declutter DS2 to friend's...

Had phone call from DS1, totally lost, no idea how to get to venue (I told him to print off the map...), but think we may have sorted him out thanks to google maps, which meant I could work out where he was and give directions from there.

I have also helped OH cut up three large branches from the tree that is in his way for doing the upstairs windows. He's now running out of excuses...

dusty -DD really not great again today - please can I pm you later?

Im so moved and touched by what you have all done for me.

I honestly feel that I cant and shouldnt accept....everyone has their own problems and none of you can afford to be paying for me!

But im so grateful that you all want to help me and will gracefully accept your help. I honestly cant tell you how moved i am that a bunch of people Ive never met want to help me like this. Just you guys supporting me and being there for me to vent to was enough.

You are all such angels, im so grateful for everything you have all done for me that I cant put it into words xxx

So much love n hugs to you all xx

Jo is happy for me to tell you that so far you have raised £340 and I've paid £243 to her this morning. The rest has been promised by various ones and I'm just waiting for it to clear into my account and then I will forward it straight on to her.

Well done ladies, you have done tremendously well! It just goes to show what can be achieved when a lot of people club together and give a little each. I feel sure that your generosity will be more than repaid when you are in need yourselves. You can all be very proud of yourselves for helping a fellow flylady in distress, well done

Really not feeling great today. Looking at the world through grey-coloured spectacles.
Have got a few things done, DS now napping. Going to leave OH in charge and take DD out to the post office to clear some more things from my list.
OH is absolutely driving me nuts. He suffers from depression, every now and then we have a good talk about it and he makes plans to try and deal with it, then does nothing and we all have to put up with never ending grumpiness and negativity. It has been going on for years and I am really beginning to wonder if I can stand it much longer. I do sympathise up to a point, I am prone to depression myself, but aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggghhhhhh!
Hope everyone else is doing ok, will retrieve my list and cross some things off later, that might cheer me up a bit.

Oh I am so glad you said this.
It was my first thought, but I don't have any LOs and thought I just had old fashioned ideas.

Jo I'm so glad you are going to accept the contributions :) I am sure most people only contributed if/how much they were able, and that you would do exactly the same if you were in a more stable position and one of us was going through the mill like you. I couldn't give much but I hope Rosepink's hard work has proven to be really helpful at this difficult time!
Rosepink you are a star for the idea and doing all the 'legwork' :T

I've been not doing much, yesterday I saw ASDA had loads of blueberries reduced to 80p, so I waited till 8pm and went down the road to find they'd reduced them to 28p so I got 7 cartons :) so I paid £1.96 for what usually costs £13.86 :) I open froze 3 cartons and then packaged them up this morning. The others, I will keep some chilled in the fridge and might make blueberry muffins later.

I need to do some cleaning - stat!
