Morning all
Been to hospital with DS3 for his hearing test today and his hearing is worse. Consultant wants to put grommets in but I'm not keen. Now feeling all tearful as he said it's best for DS3 but I'm worried and then I think of poor G&B's LO and how she'd readily swap and have such a small problem. I really am rubbish at making decisions.SarahShattered wrote: »Ahhh PenPen glad you're still here. I was concerned about you last night.
So was I. I love the images we all create of people on here and I don't think of you as little Miss Perfect but as Little Miss Organised, but in a nice way that I strive to be, like a big sister who knows more than you do but is so happy to share that knowledge and not in a smug way xThis is the soappie that is pointed out to new staff at work, and people say 'And that's soappie - you don't f**k with her':p:p:p:D:D:D I don't think I thought of you as blonde either...
I am 100% in agreement with dusty, too. Let's celebrate our achievements.
Funny I do think of Soappie as blond but I think I caught a glimpse of her once on Buster :rotfl:
Thanks for being in a agreement with me, shame that doesn't happen at home:rolleyes:Penelope_Penguin wrote: »
When the rest of the family help with washing up, they just shove things into the cupboard - I'm going to print out the "after" pic and stick it to the fridge so they have no excuse

That is so funny PP, mine leave anything that is not obvious where it goes on the worktop. If I put a picture up they'd use it as a cue not to help at all!
Soappie - I need a star for Monday please
Johanne - hugs sweetie, do you know what though Pumpkin will never remember this holiday but she will remember all the lovely ones I know you will share with her in the future
Elf - I don't bake mine blind
Triker good luck with your tests
Polly hugs and love for you, best you post before the day is out or I'll be filling your pm box
Really unmotivated to do anything now. The great heavy machinery drain pumping is due today but I bet that is once I've left for cricket at 1:20

Found a garage about a mile up the road that could fit it in this morning so the dog had a quick walk round the park then we hopped in the car, drove it down and have walked back. She can come with me to collect it again. And it shouldn't need too much work - if any. When I had her serviced a couple of months ago, there were no 'advisories'.This is the soappie that is pointed out to new staff at work, and people say 'And that's soappie - you don't f**k with her':p:p:p:D:D:D I don't think I thought of you as blonde either..
Have spoken to DD. Seems she has been diagnosed as having swine flu. She went down with it Monday evening. Her bloke called the Dr yesterday because her temp was so high. Dr referred her to flu line who said yes, she has it. They've given her a code for Tamiflu but she's not collected it. She says she feels quite a bit better today and doesn't think she has the SF thing but, if it's been diagnosed, then the chances are high.
As she was round here Monday afternoon and we all went out for tea on Sunday, I think when I pick the car up, I'm going to stock up on stuff just in case we've been infected.
Talking of SF - anyone heard from Mudders?
Well done Pen Pen on the kitchen cupboard
Dusty - hugs.
Sarahsh - hope you feel better soonI am the leading lady in the movie of my life
