    Good morning all

    I was ill yesterday, well i was fine until 5pm and then suddenly a big upset tummy. At least i got my flying done. We had to leave work early as i was so bad. I doesn't help as i am the driver. Anyways i am feeling fine now, i went straight to ed with a book and dropped off way before 10pm!

    Today i have to go to town to buy some tights and hopefully a fascinator for the wedding tomorrow oooh i can't wait getting dressed up i love it and OH has a new suit and looks very lush in it, well he does to me anyways lol.

    That's ok..DD2 is upset I can never remember her name.. she is the only one whose name totally escapes me on a regular basis... if I can't remember the names of my children, friends have no chance!

    Now this made me giggle, all my kids laugh at me, I shout get down emily stephen, jack, ooooh i mean sean. MY mum always refers to dd as Sara which is me! Oh the joys of more than one child and a brain that does not engage!

    As far as Grannie and being young goes, my Mum was young at 43 but she said although it was a shock at me being pregnant, as i was the one child in the family that was to pursue a career :rotfl:, in honesty i am glad it happened, i was accepted for nursing. I don't think i would be happy doing it. Maybe she was a blessing from my gaurdian angel. Now that mum is 54 she says she is pleased she was young as she now suffers from age related illnesses and rhuematoid arthiritis, she would not be able to do now what she did then and would have missed out alot on the children...

    Whats the facebook think for Flying, i have people have flyladies added to FB is there a special flylady page??

    Right thats the second load of washing just finishing, i am going to get them pegged out and then get to town early. The weather seems quite nice at the minute so i want to make the most of it!

    Morning all, overdid it last night, I would currently describe myself as a splodge. :D

    Mudbath, firstly here ya sausage, have one of these...HSbearhugblinkie1.gif

    Right hope you DH is going to be ok, can you get him some Tamiflu?

    Your Dad....I know your worried, I really hope they can stop the bleed and save his eyesight hun. Sending HEAL MUDBATHS DADS EYE vibes over the universe.

    Your Mum, well she certainly appears to have a compulsive problem, is there any chance she would go to the doctor in order to access some counselling? Is the stuff re-sellable, could your Mum be persuaded to sell it off in order to sort out some of the debts.

    I do honestly believe that there are many, many people with this compulsive shopping disorder, some to a lesser or greater extent but many nonetheless. Saw this recently and it made me think about my own habits which I think are sometimes a little compulsive.:o I mean if I didn't keep buying carp, my house wouldn't be so crammed and messy, would it?;)

    Mudbath hun, you'll be tired out and worried sick, please try and get what rest you can today. xx

    ss-does DD get up everyday normally to feed the dog?Is it her dog (is she the one that wanted it?)I agree that maybe give her a week holiday from it, especially if someone is already awake.

    Morning everyone. Have got a busy day. Need to go out shopping this morning then meeting a friend for lunch. The assisstant manager from work is having a retirement do for me at her house tonight. Im really looking forward to that. The manager knew the date ages ago and put herself down for a overtime night shift elsewhere. That says a lot. Im tackling the bedroom today. Bedding is in the washer.

    Mudbath Big hugs for you and yours. Positive healing vibes for your Dad. Hope DH feels better soon. Dont forget to look after you too.
    Soappie I need two more stars for living room and bathroom. Thanks.

    Mudders... sorry hun, I meant to say... So sorry for your troubles.... hope things can resolve themselves... re: divorcing parents.... te only thing i can say is that, while they are your parents yes, you aren't responsible for them. They are grown ups, and do have to sort themselves out... sorry if that sounds harsh, and I don't mean it to be... I just think that you've got your own family and your health to take care of too. Take care of you angel (((hugs)))
    ~~~~~sending good eye health vibes for your Dad. and
    ~~~~~~~~~stop buying carp vibes for your Mum.

    Re: DD1, it is her job, she does it faithfully every morning and evening. Usually she's up and gets it done without a thought, she slept today. DH was clearly a bit narky this morning, and shouted her to get up to feed the dog. He said she could go back to bed as soon as she'd done it. :rolleyes: I love the idea of a holiday for her.... she probably would to. I notice he didn't get DD2 out of bed to feed the cats.... her job... but then they weren't under his feet mithering him to be fed.... ah well, domestic bliss. It's not often that I really disagree with him on child care stuff.

    Mudbath-huge hugs for you and prayers for your father.

    SS-your DD sounds very responsible and it sounds as if it was just because your dog was under his feet. He probably kept thinking that DD would wake up soon. did she go back to bed?

    I also cleaned the downstairs cloakroom, and all the doors downstairs :A

    This is littleys room so we'll do it together but not sure when, I've got work today and she's going to her nanas and will probs sleep there so :confused: I suppose I can bung all the crap onto her bed and at least do the cleaning side of things :confused:

    Sarah I think your OH was a little bit harsh on your DD, it's the holidays... imo things should be more relaxed and chilled but then I'm so laid back I'm practically horizontal, I'm a softy - in other words :D
