Actually did this on Weds but been too busy to log on.

Just upgraded to a iphone and having a proper learning curve getting to grips with it - loads of fun but a big change from Nokia.

Got a parking ticket tonight while I was at pole dancing class. Proper annoyed. Turns out I was in a taxi bay. Grrr. £35.

Totally skint and got grandma's and best mate's bday at the weekend.

  • Good evening everyone.

I lost count of the times I went up and down the stairs today whilst clearing the room of doom but it is all done now and ready for DD and DGD when they arrive tomorrow night. I am totally shattered now and so is DH.

Hugs to all the poorly folk.

    Well night night all.

Dum de dum....why am I awake at this time of night!!?!?!

Massive hugs LL - wish there was something I could do to help you. Thinking of you xx

Poor tootles being kept in for rest...whoever managed to rest in a hospital!!! Please send my love to her.

Life plods on here. Children getting over SF but DH has now been diagnosed with it. My dad has lost some more sight in one of his eyes and has to go for another operation tomorrow as he's had another big bleed. My sister and I have discovered my mum has been hoarding stuff and the reason we can't get in one of the spare rooms in their house is because it is full to the ceiling, I kid you not, of bin bags with newspapers, magazines, general crud. She's also 40 grand in debt which we thought she'd sorted out. Oh yes, and my dad doesn't know. And there's me wondering why I can't sleep! Is it possible to divorce ones parents!!! Off to google it. In case anyone thinks i'm being flippant I am taking it very seriously but tiredness and worry has resulted in humour being the only way to cope.

Massive hugs to everyone. Speak soon xx

PS what a jolly post that was!!! xx

So I went out for a B King lunch with DD friend and her son, very spontanious, yesterday, which then turned into a drink round another friends house, which then turned into said friend babysitting DD, which in turn resulted in a tipsy me meeting OH(kinda) and getting more tipsy. Seems he had been out too. Sigh. Woke up very late this morning, went to get DD and have spent the rest of the time catching up on the thread.
