The terms/conditions (see http://!!!!!!.co.uk/qf0l ) say to send the 6th and 12th bills - they don't mention any voucher or form. Can anyone confirm whether just a letter and the bill is required?

It is just a covering letter and bill required - the paperwork I got was just a note to that effect. They did suggest sending your bills by recorded post though, just to be sure!

i am using 3 for past 6 months now. just to make things clear, dialing on 08xxxx numbers are being charged. if anyone wants to make international calls use 07744974333 and there are two other mobile numbers which i cant recall at the moment. if interested see the thread in telephones bills forum. they are not charged and ur inclusive mints will be used.

Hi volks, I dialled the above number from my 3 mobile and I was charged. The number is charged as "Personal Numbering Service".

Its a cat and mouse game between the networks and the free calls people. Geographic and mobile numbers given by the free calls people often work for a couple of months before the networks catch on. You should contact your company for the new "free" number!

Hi There

I had a new E616 on 3 for christmas, crap network, on near enough every phonecall the line got disconnected got intouch with three and they told us that 3 do a 28 day returns policy on there phones. took back to carphone warehouse and although a little arsey did give us a full refund. Nice phone but would not go on a 3 sevice again.

Just thought let you all know of 3's return policy

Does anyone know if I can use 3 SIM card with another phone. I have 3 SIM with LG phone, which has very poor battery life. I tried to use the 3 SIM with my old Siemens A50, but it doesn't work.

Only on another 3G phone - all of the older 3g phones have a shocking battery life - most came with 2 batteries. The Nokia 7600 has a pretty good life, so far its lasting me for about 6days with 10 minutes of calls per day.

does anyone know if they automatically set up any direct debits for you like the OSPS mobile deals? i.e. do they setup insurance or helpine bills? if so, can these be cancelled with ease?

They setup direct debit automatically and have collected my first bill by DD.
