Does anyone know if the free 100 text messages can be used as photo messages on THREE? Some networks, like 02, allow you to spend your free text messages on photos. 4 text message is equivalent to 1 photo message for instance.
Does THREE do something similar? Couldn't find the answer on their website.0 -
3 still has a bad rep in my house0

getting worried now :-/ as have just ordered the LG8130 on 3. I was told when coverage is limited you do switch to O2 but the phones capabilities of switching to a 2.5g network play a big part in if you remain connected or get cut off.
I spent many hours looking in stores and online for my phone and deal so i hope when it arrives next week it was worth it. If not i got 14 days in which to return it ;DDebs Loves Freebies0 -
You will have to order a signal booster for '3'.
The '3' network does have some nostalgic value... it will take you back to 1995 standards.0 -
I phoned them up hours ago today and they said the phones were out of stock for 2 weeks yet on their website it still shows up as being in stock.0

Fraid not. you have to pay extra for photo messages - they have to claw back some cash somehow!! You can send photos for free via the infra red port though, although both phones have to be in the same room which may defeat the object of the exercise0 -
Anyone with a NOKIA 7600, if you go to Settings, Phone Settings you will see that there is a section missing between menu number 6 and 8 (Operation Selection and Confirm SIM service actions).
You can get your NOKIA 7600 hardware reset at a mobile phone shop (the third party ones) so you can set it to use ONLY 2G services and NEVER 3G. Therefore you never have the problem of being cut off etc...
I'd recommend a look into it.

Another good thing is that CPW will give you £20 for your old mobile telephone (if also include charger and manual), therefore the cost for the year can be brought down even further.
