Well first things first...updated my sig. Good news is that snowballer is telling me i will be sub 30k this month on just the min payment.. so that's good news!

Only a few hundred quid but something mental will change when there is a 2 at the front not a 3

Done banking and scratchies...woohooooo actually have some money today

can't actually do anything with it though as realised OH has my bank card :rolleyes: typical :mad:

So plan for today is -

1/sort payments out etc now money in :rolleyes:
2/cleaning list - OH rang to say going to give me a hand tonight...hmm
3/work hours
4/food from stores...hmm?? - we decided we need a treat so maccy d's for tea :O) its only a tenner...from our money fund.
5/print off course form and fill in
6/entertain DS
7/chase sky for tesco voucher not phoning them tried to email but not working - will try tomo
8/meal plan and food shop
9/ironing
10/plan DS' party
11/put photos in albums
12/sort paperwork and filing :mad::o
13/catch up with comps and freebies

another good thing is my parents popped in late last night :rolleyes: as they had been to Mr T who was selling off tesco bags of brocolli for 15p. They gave me some :T And they saw we only had 1 pint of milk left so they gave me 4 pints :T Wohoo - saves me adding it to my grocery challenge! ha ha

Right best carry on then. DS is in that stage where he doesn't want to get dressed so i've given up this morning - he can run around in just his tshirt if he wants. I hope this terrible two stage doesn't last a whole year or me and DS are going to fall out :rotfl:

Just applied for a barclaycard with the longterm offer thingy. I was declined (no surprises there) but OH was accepted so is still credit worthy at least. It doesn't say what the credit limit will be but will def save us some interest at least!

Ideally would like to put cc and OD on it as well the little loan we have but think this is wishful thinking lol. Even a 500 limit would be a bonus and would save something just a bit more fiddly with transfers. So...he must await card and details before we can decide best course of action.

Gah...i'm so tired....I feel sick as i'm so tired...not sure i can stay awake :mad: Got woken up by a rooster at 3am...4am....OH alarm went off at 5am...he snoozed it until DS woke up at 7.30 :eek: so OH late and me very tired :mad:

I didn't do comps and freebies yesterday but will catch up today hopefully. Planning on having a slow day today.

Well...really not feeling very well today. am completely shattered.

OH and DS went food shopping earlier and i went to bed and slept the whole time!

The postie bought me a good freebie today - electricity meter thingy so that should be good once OH fits it :rolleyes::D

haven't done anything today bar entertain DS. Got to sort them bills out tomorrow!!!!!!!!!

Going to do the washing up then back to bed i think...

Ok...slept better last night...so hopefully i can get back on track today

Done banking and scratchies. Ive paid 2 weeks rent today so we are sortof up to date now. As in this weeks is due to pd today but i haven't :rolleyes: i'll probably get a letter tody from them as they do it funny but i'll ignore it as i've paid it already So...if i pay 2 weeks next week as well after i get paid then we will b ok again. Then i have to make sure i don't let it get behind again.

Ive transferred 50 phone rebate to my tax savings pot. catologue bill came and confirms what i thought so :T get a month off with no charges etc :T so that is 200 that will pay my Nat ins plus a bit extra off my tax bill.

Dare i say it...no cheque from work still. BUT i'm going to take some other stuff to them in next day or so, so i can pick it up and claim mileage. It is holding up my actual work now so other people are getting annoyed too so are nagging on my behalf which is good. ha ha.

OH went grocery shopping yesterday. I did write him a list but the inevitable extra stuff gets put in too. damage is...95.94 :eek: does include some cleaning bits, nappies and wash powder though and there is lots but thats a big chunk of the budget with 2 weeks and 2 days to go! :eek: and ive got a party to cater for next week :eek: need to update grocery challenge and confess all. D'oh. :rolleyes:

3/entertain DS - at playgroup atm with my mum done!
4/food from stores (this should be easy lol) yep done :O)
5/chase sky for Mr T voucher still not working online so will keep trying

9/print off course form and fill in going to do now...
10/print off grand designs tickets i got for my parents (on freebie board - my parents are well chuffed lol) going to do now...

13/pay leccy bill - only 2.75 nope
14/get OH to fit leccy meter freebie which came yesterday :T should help us to save a bit of cash (again from freebie board) he is going to do now....

think that's enough for today! :rolleyes: Best get cracking as its nearly 11 and DS and my mum will be back !!!!

Hi Babyhead, not visited your diary for a couple of days, so just had a quick catch up!

Is there any way of setting up a standing order for your rent so that your on time after you have caught up?? I did that before I bought this place, and it was very handy!

Kirstenc - they only do s/o for a month in advance. It doesnt work out well on the cash flow to have it as a big monthly chunk. I'm not sure why they don't do s/o weekly. I guess it is too much faff for them!

I can pay it online each week so i will do that. Its just its easy to think oh i'll leave it till monday etc...so must be disciplined!!!

I need someone to nag lol

Done lots of tidying up - OH even done some gardening tonight :j

Going to tidy the conservatory up now and that might even involve a bit of filing :eek:

Not much else to report...here's hoping the postie brings OH barclaycard tomo so I can play around with that :rolleyes: DS is going to play with a friend tomo so im going to do my IRONING when he's gone :eek::eek::eek:
