Lots of change so.....new diary!!!

I've done okay today considering....

have also been to visit my grandad who is in hospital miles away so am pleased with my progress. OH has also done a good tidy of the living room!

Need to do the washing up and then off to bed am bloody knackered and need to crack on again tomorrow

WILL BE COLLECTING MY WORK CHEQUE TOMORROW HOPEFULLY!! YAY

Loving your diary babyhead. I do comps and freebies aswell ! Need motivation for ebay etc and think will start my own diary in a couple of weeks when kids go back to school.:beer:

Found out my grandad went downhill last night so am waiting for someone to call to let me know if he is ok. Am really worried.

Plan for today is -

1/cleaning list done a bit
2/work hours nope
3/washing under control!
4/carry on ironing :mad: not under control!
5/send off form for my course printed off
6/print off tickets for my mum printed off
7/food from stores nope - had pizza tonight
8/carry on with shopping list for party food nope
9/put photos in albums nope
10/paperwork and filing nope
11/chase sky for Mr T voucher nope
12/comps and freebies not yet...might do freebies in a bit
13/keep DS happy yep :O)
14/pay leccy bill nope
15/catch up on forum and update grocery challenge thread nope
16/odd job list nope
17/OH season ticket :rolleyes: printed off
18/look at things online for my mum nope

it is much the same as yesterday! BOO! I also need to deliver my work stuff if i can later. so i should be able to pick up my chq. I might have to go somewhere to do with grandad too so that might change my day anyway. I better get started i guess....

What a dreadful day. My grandad passed away earlier

Just makes everything so trivial when things happen like that. 2 weeks ago he was at my cousin's christening full of beans. Just amazing that you never know what lifes going to throw at you.

So...we are getting there with getting ready for DS bday on sat. I didn't go and get my chq today obviously but i will do tomorrow - yay!

Going to check out the freebies quickly then am off to bed. Must keep busy tomorrow - a)keeps my mind busy and b)it gets the jobs done

Oh bh sending hugs and sympathy to you and family. I guess it does put things into perspective in a way. Remember we are all doing this for quality of life though - so keep going !

Thanks guys! We are doing ok. We have to all stay mildly normal for DS as of course, he doesn't understand. My dad has done what he always does in a crisis, and disappeared off with work :rolleyes: He'll be okay though - i guess he just needs some space. Just annoying as it has left my mum alone.

DS has cheered me up this morning he's sooo funny sometimes bless him!

Have realised I need to carry on today so I don't just mope about.

Have done banking and scratchies. paid CC last night too. OH pay day tomo and should be getting my chq tonight so will get that paid in tomo hopefully!

So...plan for today is -

4/deal with any post yep nothing much
5/fill in form and send off for my course need to get a letter from drs so will ring up tomo
6/tidy garden up ready for saturday! OH done
