Another day gone. Didn't do too bad yesterday just didnt make it to the post office. Hopefully will get there today

OH has heard that he will get his last wages this week coz of xmas :eek: I've been number crunching - was thinking hmm this looks okay? but i've just realised that i've saved to pay my tax bill! :mad: So it isn't looking so good.

I spoke to jobcentre/benefits line or whoever they are they said to put in claim online as it will be quicker as they cant offer any appts for a while as they are busy :rolleyes: Oh well...saves OH a trip into town anyway. You did it online and then they call u back to sort it out i think. So OH will do that over the weekend and then we'll just have to wait and see. Most of his work people are trying to do it aswell. So that's a good waste of jobcentre resources! It would be better if they sent someone in

Anyway, i digress, plan for today is

1/work
2/entertain DS
3/number crunching!
4/finish sorting pressies

hoping for some snow!!!!!!!

Another day has passed by......not much to report really.

Done scratchies, bingo won 5 so have withdrawn that and banking. All okay. Have decided I will wait until OHs wages go in tomorrow so we know how bad the situation is. I spoke to mum today who said she would lend a hand if need be while they sort out OH's jobseekers etc. She said she thought I was handling amazingly well and not too stressed etc. I said well it was inevitable it would come at some point and I don't want to ruin xmas etc for DS so its best to just do what we need too and then forget about it.

Anyway going to do a bit a more work - then watch some tele.....

Hi BH, have just been catching up, sorry to hear about OH's job. Hope you manage to find things soon, good to see that you have sorted the figures already, and am sure that it will all work out! x

Nothing much to report yet - got OHs last wages in :eek: so am just finalising the number crunching. OH will put his claim in over the weekend so that will be sorted....

DS has had another visit to santa today so going to make some tea and wrap some presents up. We are going to visit family tomo so will be busy busy busy!

Done bingo (no wins) scratchies (10p) and banking. Nothing unexpected

Very chilly here still......but no snow at the moment!

Plan for this weekend is

1/do some work
2/xmas food shopping plan and go shopping! (:eek:)
3/tidy house
4/deliver cards and pressies that can be delivered!
5/try and get DS to calm down :rotfl:
6/get OH to sort jobcentre stuff out

Done bingo - won 2.50 today (:rotfl:) scratchies and banking. can't log in to barclays yet so will do in a bit...hopefully

Done banking, bingo and scratchies. won 5 on bingo today so have withdrawn. Not much else to report.

OH has now filled in all the forms he needs to for the jobcentre so now we just have to wait. He will have to go to the jobcentre at some point so will wait to hear. He has been tweaking his CV and trawling internet for jobs and there is not much about. So will probably be case of starting major big guns in new year.

Got lots to do today (again) so will catch up later!!!!

done bingo banking and scratchies....nothing very interesting to report there!!! Pretty much ready for xmas just the final things to do to make tomorrow easier really.....so better get started!!!!!
