Well...haven't spent any money all week. BUT today needed milk, some bday cards and OH ciggies :rolleyes: So...need to update my grocery list.

No cheque from work came today either. Think i'm giving up. I need to work out the figures etc so we can stay afloat. I can't moan about it anymore. I will just make sure i get a standing order set up asap then it won't be a problem in the future.

OH went to bank this morning to pay in chq and lost the parking ticket :mad: Luckily he retraced his steps and found it or else car would be stuck...:rolleyes:

Need petrol - roll on Tuesday when i get some money in. Just need to work out the best way to spend it.

Have already got in the shed and sorted most of the stuff out. When DS goes to bed we are going to finish off so that should be done today :j

Plan for rest of today/tomo is -

1/work out money/budget etc
2/comps and freebies
3/finish shed DONE - woop woop
4/print off form for course finance and fill it in!
5/put photos in albums now they have arrived
6/sort bathroom out
7/visit family and dinner at parents tom
8/ebay listings? NOPE - Going to do a car boot first
9/scratchies tomo
10/DS birthday planning
11/update all figs on here
12/catch up on yesterdays forum

think thats about it. will add to it as i go...its sunny here! yay!

Its sunny here too! always makes me very lazy though ;-)

im debating listing more stuff on ebay too, i did put on my list that i'd do 10, so I think I may have to!

Kirsten - I always find the sunshine makes me less lazy.

Have updated my sig with grocery spends - milk is 1.85. The cards and other bits have come out of the "our money" pot.

I owe my mum 40 which I will give to her on Tues. It is SIL's bday and she has asked for newlook vouchers :mad: Annoying as u can't really save anything on that as 20 quid is 20 quid IYSWIM. Not very MSE! The other 20 is for some bits she bought me the other day and petrol money last week. For some reason when i go back to spending petrol money weekly we always run out. Its really odd - 40 a fortnight is the same as 20 a week so why doesn;t it last the same?

Friend popped in to get some stuff they left here the other week. Didn't even want to come in and say hello. not even to DS. no mention of the fact they just didn't come over last night perhaps they can read this?? :rotfl: HE definately CONTROLS her and then cheats on her. I get the impression she doesn't go out much unless he goes or wants her to go out so he can get his end away. Very odd relationship. I'll think i'll text her tomorrow and see if she wants to meet sometime in the week and DH can babysit DS. Then if her OH wants to go and see my DH/DS then he can....but its not compulsory! The fact she didn't even bother to come in and see DS just reassures us that we made the right decision about godparents. Jeez..i stress over the most stupid things sometimes :mad:

Anyhows....sorted all the shed stuff out. Got a pile of stuff to sort which needs to go in the loft and we have decided we are going to do a car boot in a couple of weeks as we have lots and lots of stuff so it will be worth it.

Going to do my comps and freebies now, before washing up, then doing a bit more sorting out then will go to bed

Ok...having a lazy sunday today. Got a few bits and bobs to finsih off with boxes but just waiting until DS has his nap this arvo as too busy playing with him atm :rolleyes::D

Once he has had his nap we are going to mums for dinner and then visiting family later too. So...bit of a slow day.

Probably won't get back until about half 8 so will then be doing comps and freebies and then bed time.

I need to work on my plan for next week this morning and look at the budget as well.

So i'd better get moving i guess! Still in my pjs atm. Think i'll stay in them until i get ready to go out later

It is sunny again tho so feeling in a good mood. Bit knackered but docs told me i had start of chest infection so got some drugs again :mad: They are different ones and are making me feel a bit groggy. BUT if they get rid of chest stuff then it is all good i spose :cool:

I must get back on track this week with things - got lots of to do and must do a big chunk of work too - in about a month i start my course again and then i won't have as much time so i NEED to get most things up to date by then!!! ARGH!!

Right...off MSE I go....feel free to kick my butt if i'm seen lurking.. :rotfl:

Well....had a look at budget. Was easier than i thought it would be :rolleyes:

I logged in to catologue account - bit weird as i made a payment a week ago (last one which was late :mad:) they don't count this payment as being late...so they have refunded £36 of charges and upped my credit limit by 500 quid I'll probably get the paper statement on mon/tues. They certainly have a weird logic. Shame really that i don't order anything from them isn't it! So....i will see what the statement says and just pay what they ask for. I know technically i should pay it as its all debt etc but as it is 0% i'll just pay what they ask for and pay the surplus off my other debts! Could be a nice 200 off tax bill and nat ins bill paid :j But will see what the statement says :rolleyes:

That's cheered me up no end! And it means i'm less nervous about paying my rent now on tuesday to make sure we don't get behind with that. :j

i have also got an updated leccy bill - 2.75 That's for a month :rotfl: I think i will be receiving another for A LOT more but i will pay this one on Tues! I have switched now anyway....

All in all good day - perhaps it is pyjama sunday karma :rotfl:

Have also done my schedule for next week too. Looks busy.

Tomorrow i'm going to make work a priority so i can have a reason to meet up with them and get my cheque in the spirit of not wasting petrol (i can claim mileage anyway but u know what i mean)

Anyway...as all figs now crunched will catch ya laters. Got to go do some tidying now

ETA: Can't update my sig as waiting for loan fig to refresh. only mins pd this month anyway - MUST TRY HARDER!

OMG :eek: it's monday already :eek:

didn't get back until about 9 last night so i didn't do any of the comps. by the time we had got in, spoke to my mum about things (she was babysitting ds) had a cuppa, it was late so just had a quick look for any freebies and then went to sleep. Bit annoyed really as we were late as all the family kicked off. NOT NICE - my cousins/aunties/uncles etc said some really cruel things. altho they weren't directed at me i was crying as i couldn't believe people could say such things about other members of their own family. it was shocking:eek: we aren't really all as close as when i was a kid but i want to keep the lines open for DS' sake more so than anything but i think it will be difficult now with some of them as i'm not sure i want to be friendly with people who say such things. i'm ok now though but seriously - families eh?? :rolleyes: My DH was equally shocked poor chap i could tell he didn't know what to do with himself :rotfl: his family are all really close.

anyway MSE things......

annoyingly my letter A on my keyboard is broken. not sure what i am going to do about that :rolleyes:

done banking and scratchies. roll on tomorrow when i get some dosh

7/entertain DS terrible twos have arrived! lol
8/text few friends to check ok and arrange catch ups? going to do now...
9/food shop list & meal plan
10/sort paperwork and filing :mad:
11/put photos in albums
12/deal with any post the postman brings! didn't bring much. an elc catologue (?) and some free lady aeroplane stickers!!!!

so quite busy - better get dressed and get on i guess :rolleyes:

I've not had too bad a day.

Still haven't fixed my A on the keyboard. it makes typing quite hard.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow so that i can get a few things sorted

Done comps and freebies today. Going to put washing on airer, put DS to bed, tidy up living room, then i'm going to sit down and do the ironing :rolleyes:
