    so have kindly told him that if that is there policy i will re send prior responses all sent to the current email address in use etc.. and that i will be speaking to CAB this afternoon regarding the "data protection" issues they have spoken about and the ongoing complaint....

    well just to finally end the story had an email back yesterday after all my properly ten of them to them with yet again a load of schpeal about there terms then in big black letters at the bottom, they have decided to issue a full refund and it will be with him within seven to ten days wooooo hooooo :) only other issue now is the card he registered with credit score matters is no longer valid so have emailed asking how they will be crediting etc as he cant remember if he put bank details in as well etc... so thankyou ffyes so very much perseverance (sp) payed off in the end :):):) and to anyone who posted claiming he should have done this that and the other and how did he not realise the money was going out etc.. that really is irrelevant now as im pretty sure they wouldnt be giving him a refund if they didnt think they where in the wrong!
