  • Life 'happens' like that doesn't it ? Things turn up when you least expect them Universe knows I'm in the job market, probably just sorting out the right position for me :)

  • Yep Kirsten love the universe theory, makes for a calmer attitude to life. It'll happen, in the words of Gary Barlow, 'just need a little patience'. (Prefer Robbie to sing to me tho'!)

  • Right, day off a huge expanse of front room ceiling to paint today. If I'm not back bt Friday afternoon then please send search party as I am probably tangled up in cobwebs - seriously ! They reproduce overnight down here.

First things first, local paper and job search...

Ceiling half done. Hope to finish this afternoon/tonight as both mini men are off out. Managed to declutter a real hotspot too.

Made a decision re the TA job, gut feeling, temporary position. No go.
Nothing in local paper unless you want train to become an energy assessor or driving instructor.

Finally paid the CC minimum payment I was cutting it fine on, with breathing space.

Talk of Christmas has really kicked in, looks like it's all round here judging by the family ! That's fine, last year was a hard one, this year will be fun.

Well it is Friday at last, more painting decluttering this weekend, nothing exciting but all baby steps.

    Morning DC,

Sounds like you have got off to a flying start.

I was very lethargic yesterday, but the fighting spirit has returned again.

Have a good day, and weekend.

good morning dc, Good on you for going with your gut on the TA job. no use being in a job that wont last and causing unnecessary stress on yourself trying to get one on a timescale next year!

have a good day today! x
