Morning Kirsten, have beautiful sunshine !
Am going to attempt something called gardening. Can be scarey for a complete garden phobe like me, but I am going to empty my now defunct hanging baskets. (Were quite a nice display for someone suffering aforementioned phobia, even if I say so myself..)
I agree. Property !!!!!! was mighty fine. I think I may venture into some dreaming myself. I'm never moving from here but I'd like to have a nice little beach house in the West Indies one day. How's that for positvity ?Somewhere for the grandchildren to chill out with me one day.

Course you can Hypno, I 'll be expecting you !
Have just viewed a couple of apts in Barbados and 'gated properties'. Far too pretentious for me. Think I need a couple of million extra for the beach front option though. Stay tuned....DC.

Loveeeeeely. Going to have a nap and try some of those visualisation techniques. I don't think I am aiming high enough !!!I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0

Ugh, I'm so glad last week is over. I did two bad things yesterday evening. Played bingo online and deposited without any financial reward. My 'couldn't care less attitude' moved in and I broke my alcohol free run by caving in.
Shake it off and start again today.DC.

Well, as long as it is a blip, then it is ok - as you say, shake it off. Take a deep breath and draw a line under it. Accept it as being understandable - you had a bump in the car, and this is one of the effects of the stress of that......I told you it would kick in after a couple of days.
So, acknowledge that fact out loud, so that the little voice with the "don't care attitude" can hear it and knows you are not ignoring it.
Then grab another cuppa and look forward to a new day.
Any plans?Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Morning,
Well you have proved you can go all those days in a row AF, which is more than many people could manage.
When you start again today you will still achieve 29/30, which is pretty terrific.
Go for it DC!I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0 -
Thanks H. You were right about stress/emotion. Car bump happened just after hospital visit with DS for fracture. The mind is a funny thing.
Have duly stuck picture of Barbados villa on fridge.
Procrastinated about gardening testerday, that's on the to do list. More books and DVD's on Amazon methinks. Clearing of hotspots.
How to entertain very bored soldier is another matter. He is cursing the weather and his injury as this weekend would have meant a trip with a friend to a out of town water park all other spare time out on his bike.DC.
