Well that's two boys shipped off to their institution of education ! Lots of moans, grumbles but I think secretly they don't mind. Dog is looking forward to 6 hours of peace once I've gone to work.
May venture into a bedroom or two to see if I can guess what's clean or dirty.
Will move up a gear this week, thanks to Scrooges anti faffing posts on the challenge thread I've made a to do list for today.
Six days without alcohol and sleep is a wonderful thing. Dark circles fading under eyes.
Feeling ultra positive today.DC.

Positive mood plummeted yesterday, no idea why. By 9pm I was positively grouchy. Probably got it from the children, one of whom isn't so thrilled at having German first thing this morning !
So an early night and I wake to see a dull damp day. Autumn really had moved in very quickly. Wouldn't mind another few days of sunshine.
Work today, attempt to avoid the whispering ones, they really are terrible you know. I dread to think what they say about me. Actually I don't care. I have plans...

Morning DC,
Good for you, getting on with it anyway, despite the positive mood plummeting. The good feelings will be back soon.
I had another torture session at the gym class yesterday. I was surrounded by fit, young, slimmies and kept seeing my spare tyre bobbing up and down in the mirrors as I tried in vain to keep up. I would normally give up at this point, but not in Sassy September. Will be there again on Friday _pale_I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0 -

Scrooge I have total respect for anyone that can 'do the gym'. The very fact you mention slim young things puts me right off.DC.
