    Mine has just tracked and is showing at the full £100. I haven't received the sim yet, ordered it on Monday. ;)

    In past I found quidco good ( no guranatees) with enquries so long as they can prove click- thro' and you can prove purchase

    Have just figured out how to start an enquiry and it does show the time and date that I actually purchased the deal. It mentions to wait at least a week so I will do. Do u think its because I changed my bank details on the settings and it said that I will not recieve any money for 10 days?

    This is what Quidco had to say about changing the number... Should I be worried, I already put the PAC, coz I cant carry 2 phones for till I get the cash back in 2 months.

    I would advise that you do not change your O2 number until you have received your cashback. This is because altering your number could cause your cashback to decline.

    methinks if it was declined , an equirey listing the numbers would get it re-instated - although obviously thats the risk you take.

    I ported my old o2 number ( monthly sim) onto a virgin sim ( had floating around with some credit on it) - now using the new o2 sim ( 12m/ cashback) in my iphone and carrying a small phone with the virgin sim.
    Not sure how long I have to wait before I can port number back ( anyone know ?) but won't wait until cashback paid ( ie around 3 months!)

    Once it's ported off o2 onto Virgin, you can request your PAC and port it straight back.

    I ordered my sim on monday it arrived this morning and is now showing as tracked on my quidco account.

    I am wanting to transfer my old payg number as i have had it for years, should i wait until the cashback is paid/?

    i ordered 1 on monday evening and its not showing anything on my quidco acc.
    when i click thru the enquiry tab it shows up date/times when i was looking,
    but the date i ordered it isn't listed to continue?
    i know it says to leave it 7 days but others have got it tracked within a couple of days,
    anyone else still waiting after 3 or 4 days?

    Im still waiting for mine to track and I ordered mine on friday. They told me to wait 14 days since I purchased it and they would have a look at it for me once I enquire about it.

    I ordered a SIM on 26th July and received it a few days later but Quidco still hasnt tracked and I obviously cant put in an enquiry till the 14 day point !!!

    I emailed them with regards to transfering old number to new sim and this is what they said:


    Porting your number after the transaction has been completed may invalidate your cash back.

    I'm a bit annoyed because I asked them before I purchased the sim to make sure that transfering the number over wouldn't effect the cash back, and the guy said it wouldn't.
