Has anyone else received this email? Would thid mean that the Quidco cashback would no longer be valid since I would have to phone O2?
I have also received this message and after 7 days my purchase has still not tracked. Has yours tracked yet silverchair?
The original application was in my wife's name and I have now applied in my own name but at checkout my application has been referred to 'Credit and Risk' which is unusual as my credit rating is fine.
Is this O2's sneaky way of breaking the cashback chain!!
If I decide to return within the 14 days are you charged pro rata the monthly charge or for the minutes used?0 -

Mine was too. The email address I signed up with was associated with an old (and therefore different) address to the one I registered with. My order number stayed the same, despite having to call o2 to get them to put it through.0 -

Did your order still track through Quidco and if so how long did it take?0 -
It has now been 8 calendar days (6 working days) inc today since my wife's application was accepted.
Her application gave rise to an email from O2 asking for us to phone to give proofs of ID and address (which was done over the phone!!!)
My application generated a slightly different email saying "So that we can progress your application, please could you arrange to contact us to discuss this further."
My concern is that they will disallow the cashback as in both cases the transaction was not totally online as I had to ring them?0 -
I had the same email as you. I'm guessing it just flags up on their system and that they have to press the magic button to progress the order. It's still, according to O2 anyway, an online order. Did you wife's order number change at all? Mine remained the same from the original confirmation.0

As I explained we have each had different emails, one re address and identity and one just 'to discuss this further' but in both cases we had to then phone up.
In both cases the order numbers remained the same.
I hope you are right but as I am now beyond the 2-5 days quoted for tracking my concern is growing. If I don't get tracking early next week I will return under the 14 days return policy.0 -
I emailed them with regards to transfering old number to new sim and this is what they said:
Porting your number after the transaction has been completed may invalidate your cash back.
I'm a bit annoyed because I asked them before I purchased the sim to make sure that transfering the number over wouldn't effect the cash back, and the guy said it wouldn't.
Hi Jump82. I'm in the same position as you. I ordered it last Friday and got a confirmation email from o2, but no sign of it on my quidco account. I guess we'll both have to wait the 14days before we enquire...Keep in touch!0 -

Don't forget the offer ends Monday 10th now, so you'll have to be quick if you want to reapply.
There are qute a few people whose orders have not tracked, whether they had issues with the order or not, so I'm going to keep hold of mine and submit an enquiry after 14 days if it doesn't track before then. I had to do this with a Dell orderthrough Quidco and all went through without problem after the enquiry was sent.0 -

Im hoping I do get my cash back because I gave up on 6-7years of loyalty with o2 to get this offer. I was thinking about cancelling it and doing it again but apparently I started paying for this tariff when it got delivered. So instead of messing around im just going to keep with it and hopefully they'll sort it.
Hopefully we'll get our cash back!0
