Ahh I hate being called hun

Its stops you getting too panicky about the future if you only worry about today, thats what I always think.
Its been said before, but is due to be said again. Saying you are never having another drink again is almost too much to take in, saying I'll only not drink today/this hour/ this minute is easier for our stone age brains to take in.

Helps repair the liver, and aids digestion saw it in a magazine and thought it looked pretty good. Obviously if your dad is drinking as much brandy as you say, there is only so much milk thistle can do.

No drink day for me yesterday. Was really hard but OH was really supportive, and kept me plied with tea, coffee ( both decaff) and water laced with lemon all night. Had to take painkillers to sleep though - its amazing how much pain there is now there no alcohol to numb it.!!!!!

    take care everyone

heres to another no drink day

    better late than never....:D

Just a quick hello really...hope everyone is doing well;)

I'll not be online for a few days cos I've got something to do for work/my job.....and though I love procrastinating and never getting anything done.....this must be done as it directly affects my job/pay etc....and CAN I even get started???? mmmmmmmm? Can I heck! I sat staring at my pc screen yesterday....bank holiday...had the whole day......

All I managed to do was highlight bits I could use and copy and paste from some old stuff.....Must get something done tonight!!

Anyway, I shall be off....best wishes to you all....

Oh, I use the milk thistle as well......the tincture not the tablets.....though I suppose they are as good as eachother....I used to only use it when I had a hangover....however, as I am planning on not drinking from now on I'll use it to detox and repair my liver from the damage I've done already..;)
