AD Situ is fine lewt - same as usual Up to the standard theraputic dosage of the ADs, and still not had any diazepam - saving them for emergencies, as I can't get anymore

what sort of emergance requires benzo's? i used to save them to come down off other things

You can never go back now, you can ignore it, but when you overdrink you will be thinking about it all the time. You have now ruined your drinking enjoyment for ever, however you have increased your chance of living longer, of being around for your kids longer and just basically having a better life, as well of the chance to save more for that special house you want
