i have no idea about the choas theory or the other thing you said, i just know lewt's best thinking got him into the mess in the first place so the chance's of Lewt's thinking getting him out were slim to nil.... as habbi underlined its a god of my own uderstanding, aint no relguios or punishing one, or i'd be knackerd.... if you dont try you'll never know...

Yes I got to the point where it was Him or nothing and I'd seen what 'nothing' had done in my life so I decided to give it a go

Happy new Year to everyone.!!!! I woke up this morning - no hangover ! i have not had a drink today even tho i really wanted one around 4pm and then around 7pm and got really fidgety . Hopefully it will get easier. i am so glad i found this thread.
Thanks to jayne doe and everyone who pm'd me with words of support.the longest i have ever stayed off drink was sat till wed after a really bad hangover so here's hoping this time
