    Hi folks, I have left Portugal and I am in the even sunnier climes of Costa del Sol.
    I wish everybody a happy and sober 2007. I have had a quick look at the postings made over the last few days and they were good to see. Lewt, nice to see you back. OOPS I just rubbed my sunburn. I still have a nasty streak.

    hi all.... feelie craving or choc is a big step up from 46 or soo days ago init?
    choc's all good. some1 said to me it has stuff what makes you feel better in it. lots of food does my nuturionist told me like if you drink just water after the first week of p1ssing like a horse and hating the taste it can make you feel good. it worked for the week or so i tried it but i stopped cuse i was craving the ol' suger too...
