Can definately not do that. Cannot involve family, gotta do this on me own. Unfortunate really, but its the only way

Don't think you can do it on your own, I couldn't. From what you've said, I'd think your mum should cope.

i tried on me on.. lasted 29 days....

youve tried on your own before ........

you have to let it out and tell 'real life' people.....
you have to experiance that humbling feeling of the
words 'im an alcoholic' for it to really hit you.....

AND yes there are worse things than being an alcoholic....

someone who wont admit it & someone who dosent realise it... and
someone who does no but hasnt/wont do anything about it...

and yes i have been all 3 of them xxxxxxxxx

im soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo glad i havent

posted wot i felt like posting.....was going to post .......

today hit an all time low..... yet again......

(between us 4 i think its me hormones :rolleyes: )

im having a tearful day.....

ive got all these forms to fill in from CAB.....
OH keeps texting me ... making sure i do them....
ive got to phone up my wages & salaries department to find
out how much money i will pick up .. cause im on half pay now

ive been and seen the occupational health department today..
just checking up on me......
they asked me if im ready to go back work........
i answered yes.....
i dont want to go back yet but have no choice......

today im in complete agony... the physio did something to
my neck & shoulder on tues.. and changed my treatment to
ultasound....im still in agony... the painkillers arnt touching me but i feel thats something to do with my alcoholism... drugs have never worked
on me :rolleyes: ....

ive also got to phone my solicitor up reguarding my loss of
earnings today with my claim (put growly smiley here<

ive started to make a start on the forms and
phoning companies up.. reguarding my finanial position...

certain people keep phoning me up to reasure me.....
and i break down in tears on them :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

ive done tea :A .....
and the hoovering, some washing & drying.....

going to have a break from the paper work for a bit
mybe close me eyes for 5 before OH gets home

im abit more together than earlier :rolleyes: ....

its just facing up to stuff...
i have 12yrs of stuff ive ran away from that
ive got to turn round and face...
