Good for you Nat, you're playing a blinder:)

If you do drink, stopping can really bu6ger up your sleep patterns;) I do have ovaltine to help send me off, but even without it I'm getting much better quality sleep :)

Childrens play areas could drive anyone to drink;)

Thanks Al, I must admit I usually struggle sleeping without a drink in me but lately I've been OK.. wierd.

The woman who works at the play area had worked every day for 5 days with 2 day's to go until she get's a couple of day's off... she did 3 birthday parties yesterday and she get's paid the minimum wage. I recon she deserves canonisation as I couldn't spend more than 1 hour in that hell hole without losing the will to live :o

    Night x Mr Ovaltiney x ;)

Hiya Feelinggood (but not feeling that good huh? :o )

I was orginally 'feelingupset' but beer asked me to try and think positively and to change it, so I did. Had a few months feeling good, but back down again now.
    Hows you today?

    Hi again!

How are you doing feelinggood? :j

I still haven't succumbed :j it's not too bad in the week because I have to get up early anyway, it's the weekend and especially Friday where I am going to struggle. My partner is drinking in the house again but I really don't mind, I would be a bit niggly if it were wine ;) but I don't like lager or beer anyway, so like I said, it's fine that he's having a couple.

Was expecting to be looking bloody georgous by now what with not having binges and sleeping lots but tbh I recon I look more haggered than ever!!! I think red wine must be good for the skin or something because I really look like !!!!!!! not to worry, at least I feel good if not look good! :D

I don't think I'm ready to give it up, I still need it to cope with some bad things really. I suppose I should just give it up completely, but its a big step and I'm scared.
