its been four weeks since i first went :eek: ..... &

i will be 3 weeks dry tomorrow night :T :T :T :T :T .......

After my infamous day of drinking, where I ended the day very, very !!!!!!. And sent my whole family an email telling them I was a drunk. Things happened.

1) My father became very concerned, which is good. My mother is a different matter. my fathers concern has become a little extreme. He doesn't seem to want to believe that I'm "cured". OK stopped drinking. He thinks every phone call is something is wrong. My marriage is on the rocks etc. It is getting to a state where both Mrs Mac and I are getting a bit cheesed off about it. This is a case of age and concern, not being a good thing;)

2) My sister and her husband came up the very next day, spent the day with me. Didn't have massively inteligent conversations, I was still !!!!!!. They of course have built it up that I have been going through massive traumas and will need extended councilling, probably compensation:eek:

3) My brother and his woman, not of these shores:D , havent said anything, just had a couple of emails. They don't talk much, last talk was at my neices christening two years ago:cool: We don't have anything in common, so not a lot missed from my point of view:o

Anyway my sister and husband bullied Mrs Mac into a meeting between them and us, arranged the week of my "thing", in a hotel to see how I am. It is this weekend:eek:

My parents are having DD and DS, but have arranged for my brother, woman and children to come up:eek:

So Saturday afternoon arrive at ma and pa's to drop off children, meet up with brother and family, silence.

Then off to hotel to meet Sis and BIL in a hotel, this could be very nice, however it'll be a bit of spotlight in the face and questioning, all evening. This will make me stressed, want a drink, bring on my social phobia and stop me eating. Mrs Mac may get stressed and loose it:eek: But at least she's on my side;)

Then after a bad nights sleep, never slept well in hotels, back to ma and pa's. Where we will have to stop for dinner, probably tea, as you cant go hungry:mad: With possibly another questioning session about the night befor:p

i wont sleep tomorrow night through:eek:

Having read this to myself it seems as if I'm just a little pathetic:o

Anyway wish me well and that I survive the start drinking weekend from hell:cool:
