Have been recovering from a trip with DD to good old Donegal, it was for a singing/performing irish competition she had got through the regional comp and this was for an all ireland award. We didnt get through but enjoyed a coach trip with lots of teenagers on a bus for 10 hours there and back and a night in a very noisy youth hostel!:eek: A good time was had by all (I think).
Money tight as Ive just noticed we have a payment in on 31st but mortgage will go out on 28th!!! so must try and arrange to have enough in to cover the payments out. Its forever juggling, dear old visa is still with us and will be for a wee bit longer, never mind its still dying :rotfl:
Will be glad when its finally gone and can concentrate on other things, and hopefully Mr T's business will improve. He's had lots more enquiries which is great so hopefully were at the bottom now and will be crawling out soon.
Off to plant seeds and sort out polytunnel.

Isn't it horrible to have that mortgage gap .... I hate it when that happens to my French mortgage - means I have to transfer money whatever the exchange rate is doing, and I *always* hate that, lol. Here's to planting and growing things.

DD passed her driver theory test yesterday :T:T:T Its now one step closer to her sharing some of the driving in this remote place so thats a great result. Must make enquiries re lessons now I hate to think what they cost she must have 12 lessons with a qualified instructor so as she is working sundays hopefully she can afford to get started it will make so much difference.
Had a lovely day on paddys day and had some friends up for pizza and drinks it was lovely and the day was sunny too. The kids all had the day off yesterday so were having a lovely lazy weekend now.
Polytunnel is looking good as DH has dug over and we have planted some peas and onions, all the other seeds are being cared for and talked to :rotfl: Looks like another lovely day here hope everyone has a good weekend.

Busy morning here, pork in, veg done and apple and blackberry crumble prepared. Hobnobs for lunchboxes made too. Mr T is busy chainsawing up some logs and kids are playing outside. Radio on all oldies of course so the day so far has been busy but good. Skint for the next 10 days and still need to find €30 to cover the bank hey ho the good old world of mse. Hope everyone is having a lovely day.

Yet another gorgeous day, jobs done and washing in, amazing where you find it from when the day is so lovely. Off to help OH today putting up some signs and hopefully home this afternoon to do some pottering about in the polytunnel. Enjoy the good weather everyone.
