Oh yes, I agree with that one too. I meant anyone can say anything about me, but when the kids call me something, or fall out with me, it hurts. Anyone else can call me what they like :D That's not an invitation btw ;)

I think it's important that children know they are loved. We all do it differently, but we are all aiming for the same goal.

I don't go without food, it's never come to that, however I don't spend any real money on myself, preferring to save it. Their are always things needed for the girls, and they are learning to budget and save along the way.

I forgot to mention the college trip today, but i'll save it for next time, I must go to bed.

i only had to for 4-5 month god bless 7p noodles ... but thats how far id go for my kids ... yer let us know about the college trip in the morning of course .... hope it went well x

I'd go that far too if I had too, but shows you put your kids first and when you have them, they become priority, so you did the right thing. I hope it never happens again though that you have to be in that situation.

I'll spill the beans tomorrow, I must try and sleep, even if I have the words loser and twit in my head

    Night :T

Could you make the dream feed later? Or the previous feed slightly earlier or slightly smaller?

    hi Weezl

We've been having exactly the same (my little girl is just a day older than your boy!)
She's been waking early (about 4.30 to 5) but when we've tried to feed her she isn't really interested. She's had an interesting feeding history so I know I couldn't get any more in her over the day, so just sticking to my rigid schedule at the moment. I think I'd be starting weaning this week if I wasn't going away next week.
She's not starving as such it just seems like the milk doesn't stay in her stomach long enough and she's waking earlier.
Today however, she didn't wake up until the alarm after about 10 days of early waking so it could of course just be a coincidence! (and it was such a faff to get her to eat anything this morning)

By the way I sold sold unused CTN bottles on ebay last week, sold no problem. The 9oz ones got more than the 5 oz ones. Just wanting someone to buy my nearly full pack of XS little swimmers now...

Does anyone's LO's have big canine teeth? I'm worried that by letting Keira have the dummy for so long it's messed up her teeth/roof of mouth. The way her mouth closes is the top canines go behind the lower ones, and so her teeth don't close down together, she has quite long ones though.

I think dummies and thumbs tend to push teeth out rather than in. As long as she's not sucking a dummy/thumb when her big teeth come in, she should be fine.

I was downstairs this morning and heard Charlotte get up. Before I managed to get upstairs, she was in bed with Joshua. Good job he doesn't mind being woken up by her :D
Here I go again on my own....

Fritha - Up to what age would you carry a baby about in a sling?

Basically if you can carry them in your arms (by that point in enormous pain in your arms becuase they're chuffing heavy!) you can carry them in the sling. I know some slings are tested up to 150lbs but generally until they're big enough to walk themselves (slings can be good for the up and down toddler as they're more compact than a pram :-)
