It just has the normal thin spindles which are about an inch thick and curved so not great for attaching anything to...
I might get one of those big, moveable barrier things then I can just move it about as and when...either that or a leg chain so I can tie him to the bed
Nope nor did I - apparently it is Peppa's brotherI'm sure I will get to know all these new cartoon character ssoon;)
Oh right, bit of a pain. Are you able to just have one at the bottom of the stairs and one on his room, so he can't escape onto the landing unless someone is there with himUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

Could you trick her into thinking she's in her preferred position? Like you'd do if she had a favourite side?oh I knew i missed something..

I'm hoping I can still do the daytime feeds on the days I'm not at work and night time feeds every day for as long as she wants them, but I will just have to see how my supply reacts to being mucked about I suppose.
Had a fun time at the coffee morning this morning - last one before I go back to work, although I will have lots of holiday to use between 21st September and beginning of December (not allowed holiday in December) so maybe I can take the appropriate Mondays as days off. :rotfl: My Mum met us there, and took izzy home with her, so I can get some stuff done. So far I've got the washing machine on, washed up and cooked lunch. Ended up cooking tea at the same time (just needs a few finishing touches and bunging in the oven for a bit) which isn't bad going seeing as I've only been home for an hour or so.
The only thing I have to moan about today is DH's inability to grasp the fact that when you have finished washing up everything is meant to be CLEANER THAN WHEN YOU STARTED . Most of the washing up was the stuff he "washed" last night - I was able to put away 4 things from the whole lot. You can translate that as "all is well in the ladybird household today" seeing as I can't think of anything better to moan about
Anyway, best get on. Have a kitchen floor to clean, and a living room to tidy and hoover while I have a house free of anyone who is scared of the big noisy machine
Oh - one last question. I need to get a stairgate soon. No stairs here, but I want one to put between the living room and kitchen. I'd kind of prefer one that doesn't have a bar across the bottom to trip over, although I realise we will soon get used to it being there if we have one. I don't know if there are pros/cons of the different kinds though. Any recomendations? (Our own property, so no problem about screwing things into door frames etc.)
As far as stairgates go, I had a couple of lindam ones that you screwed the bits into the door frames so there was no bar to step over... They were good apart from the plastic fixings broke and I had to have replacement parts sent out... You just reminded me actually, I still have the parts screwed in on my stairs and kitchen doorway and used to just swap 1 gate between the two depending what I needed blocking off... When I didn't need it at all I stored it next to my wheelie bin... It was sadly destroyed in the great bin fire of 2007... Wonder if I could get a gate to fit the fixings... <goes off to google>A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... Does annyone know if you can use healthy start vouchers to purchase follow on milk?
I don't think you can, i'm sure I heard a mum in the shop saying just that the other day, while she was stood in the baby milk aisle talking to herself:eek:Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

Keira is peppa pig mad! The shops ALWAYS do that, peppa will be on the girls clothes because she is a girl, and george on the boys, Keira's fave is george! I remember when she had her ben 10 phase, I had to buy her boys clothes as they didn't sell any girl clothes with him on it, I got her the pyjamas as didn't want her wearing boys shoes outside....0

We have just been discussing Sky Hd and sports packages etc...but I don't want multi-room and that means paying £30 for install, plus the £49 for the box, and I am not doing it, I am putting my foot down, I will not be talked into it:rotfl:
It's called hubby who MUST have every package under the sun *sigh* we had multiroom for ages but we rarely use it so don't see the point... the free install and free biox is because they know a cash cow when they see one moo-ing it's way out the doorDFW Nerd #025DFW no more!
