I know what I forgot to say earlier...Kai slept in till 7.50am today. I heard the older two get up and glancing at the clock, saw it was 7am, so I rolled over and hoped they would be quiet going down the stairs (they were:D) I fell straight back to sleep until Kai woke up.

I have also just had a mega brain-wave:p I have been looking out for a playmat for Kai for so long that I don't think it is even worth getting him one now (because I am fussy and the only one I want, I can't afford) So I have just been putting him on his changing mat under his play-gym,but now he is starting to roll about a bit he needs something soft to go on the wooden floor. I had a quick thought to bring down the spare single duvet and he is now lying on that.......that is when the real brain-wave hit me.....I am going to use one of the spare boys duvet cover to put on it (it is space themed, big rocket and stars, moon etc) and then attach some little toys on to it........voila cheap playmat:A Oh, I am soo excited.......(weezl - I blame you for this creativness:rotfl:)

Damnit, why do the stoopids over the road get dropped off in a van? Aimee just told me there was a blue van outside and I got all excited...

I appreciate that :) I guess people will join tomorrow and think I am an oldie (steady!)

It feels strange talking about the girls to strangers, hence I still find it easier to say 16, 14 etc rather than their names. Not sure I like the idea of naming them, but that's the safety first aspect of me again :o

The girls make me proud everyday, just for not being like either of their mothers, that's an enormous plus :T I have bad taste in women it seems, so as long as they don't turn out like them, i'm classing that as a result :T

A lot of posters don't use names and will just say dd1, dd2 etc....

Oooh, I'm excited for you!! My Mum made a playmat for Aimee with some wadding and old material... Not got anything like that this time, like you we put Caitlyn on her changing mat under the gym... I actually put her on the floor a little bit today seeing as it's less bitty than normal, she was quite happy swinging her legs around... Just sat her on Aimee's bean chair now (which is desperately in need of some more beans!) and she's having a good suck on her fingers and watching Aimee jump on the old settee cushions...

Tia where did you go for nursing bra's? The only place I found them was bravissimo :( Just trying to remember the brand without resorting to taking it off lol

Had to look it up... Royce it's called :)

Mothercare. And they are too small. Way too small, its an 40E cup and it looks like a B.

The Emily B one from ebay is the only one that fits (and its a 40E).

    Hi all :)

Well, we were kept at the hospital for three hours, "waiting for the doctor". Turns out she was waiting for the results before coming to see us and when she did she didn't look at Rhys so why they couldn't have told me over the phone I'm not sure  Anyway, calcium should be between 2.0 and 2.7, and this time last week it was 3.3, falling to 3.26 then 3.21 and today 3.16, so going down gradually. Got to go back on Thursday for more - fun fun fun! :o

In good news, we've cracked the 6lb barrier :j Now 6lb 1.5oz :D Bumped into a couple of the neonatal nurses whilst we were there and they all say he's looking good :) He's still wolfing down the milk too.

Back at the hospital tomorrow afternoon for the kidney scan, then Thursday for the bloods. Also meant to say that second appointment to see the consultant came through for next Monday :) I had thought about the appointments weezl thankyou :) It's not just the time, it's the car parking charges too  And, can you believe, they have FIVE parent and child spaces in front of the dedicated Family Services (maternity and children) building and no more at the main entrance! I'm dreading tomorrow - the scan appointment is right in the middle of visiting hours :(

Oh, back in a bit - screaming baby and no EBM in the fridge!

It feels weird, as everyone is just a screen name and you all know each other.

I feel like it's starting school all over again. :D;):p

My little one's only 13 days old - I've been here for about a week :)

It does feel a bit like going to big school, especially since all I seem to have are stupid first-timer questions :o
