Right - new SkyHD box arriving thursday - free box - free install - I've cancelled the multiroom we never use anyway so now it's basically not going to cost us anything extra :) result! Hubby happy as a clam as he gets HD :) bless him...
I'm gutted as my recorded episode of It pays to watch where I was on is gone with the harddrive conking out on the old box :( booo my 2 minutes of fame - gone forever! *sigh*
Baby is asleep - replacement phone has arrived so when she wakes up we're heading to Tesco to buy formula! :) Once I made the decision to have fomula in the house hubby said "Good - I do feel so useless sometimes when you struggle because she won't feed and I can't do it for you, at least now I can take her and give her a feed and you can have a break. But you needed to be the one to decide not me".... I love the daft sod... I really do!

    Bless him!

Honestly Tine, just having the formula in the house may take the pressure off you! It worked for me! It sat in the cupboard to weeks - but I felt better knowing it was there just in case!

I bought some formula cartons while I was pregnant, just in case, in the end I threw them away becuase we didn't use them and they went out of date! (I meant to give them to someone before they ran out but I was a bit distracted!)

oooh, random question, anyone seen any deep rectangular shaped washkit bags anywhere, and one of those plastic clip on things that goes over the head of your toothbrush when you go on hols?

speaking of hols, what did you decide about holiday pram, elle?
 I am shocked and appalled :p whats wrong with just sticking the toothbrush in a foodbag or wrapping a bit of tissue round it?
I'm 90% sure they have them in Asda with the other holiday gadgets like money belts and European plug adapters.
I got a nice cheap wash bag in H&M a while back :)

I bought formula on our first night home with a mad dash to asda at 2am as I was frightened I wasnt producing enough for her. I then gave her formula for her 5am feed and I would express when she went back to sleep. Now I only occasionally give her formula if we are out and about. Just having the tin of formula in the cupboard reassures me that she will never go without.

I have used SMA ( think it constipated her); cow & gate ( gave her a white tongue and still constipated) and Aptamil ( no longer constipated and no white tongue!).

Both me and hubby have brown eyes and Leila at 9 weeks has dark purple eyes as they are now changing from the bluey/hazel she was born with to dark brown.

I hear nothing but bad things about SMa all the time...
the white tongue isn't anything to worry about though, my mummy milk gives Edgar a white tongue all the time :)
