which pushchair do you use at the moment elle?

shame it doesn't work on the holiday, is it too big, or not fit in your car very easily?

I hate it when that happens!

We have a SX Freeway Linear. I love it and it does fit in the car fine, I just thought a littler one might be better for holidays - more packing room? ;)

I've just booked the break - they just emailed me to confirm availability so I've snapped it up. Pinelodge with hot tub with the sister park to where we went in February this year (for my birthday) :D

oooh thanks for the link, it looks great!

Maybe there should be a pram hire for a week website, where we can all have our normal prams and then rent a titchy one for hols?

    Wonder if it's been done?!

OMG I've just been reading reviews of the iCandy Cherry (thankyou MDW!), and there was one from a woman who's had 38 pushchairs in 18 months!! Does that even beat our Caz?! ;):p

OMG! That's almost a business buying and selling them. She must have an understanding DH/partner.

I looked at lots in the shop and on-line before I got the cherry, - I like the rarity factor.

We've got a basic Mothercare stroller that i'm planning on using for our holiday at the end of the month. It lies back (not flat), has a raincover and umbrella folds. I was thinking if I use it during the winter, i'll be able to get a cosytoes to go with it.

We actually bought it in 2004, when I took DD1 to Disney. She'd just turned 4, so didn't have a buggy, but I thought all the walking would be too much for her. It was used that weekend, and has been in the shed since. I've jetwashed the cobwebs away and it looks like new.

(But now I want a purple Icandy Cherry - thanks MDW!)

Awwww! Just as I was having 'apprentice' style delusions!

for £20 a week, seems a no-brainer to me elle, makes packing loads easier too, and with being able to hire travel cot and highchair, also opens options of where you can stay- ie some places don't offer those things...

I quite like the idea of using it as a try before you buy experiment too.... :D

Does anyone have any recommendations for a small pushchair for a (probably little) 6 month old, please? Preferably something with a cosytoes as it'll be November when I'm using it.

I've got a Chicco Winter London Stroller. It lies back flat and came with cosytoes, raincover and hood.

It's been well used since Charlotte was little and it's been to Turkey twice and it's still in reasonable condition.
Here I go again on my own....

Afternoon. IL's have taken Daniel today, me and DH are still full of this head cold/stuffed sinuses! House feels very empty without him here. Luckily he doesn't seem to have caught it off us yet.
I need help, DH is 30 in 2 weeks time and I have no idea what to get him? He doesn't really collect anything and he mostly spends any spare time we have playing WOW on the computer. I don't want to give him money as that always feels like a cop out and that I haven't put much effort into it? Any ideas?

I am taking mine and his family (16 in all) out for a meal and then me and him are having a meal with his friends the night after, Daniel will be staying at my parents for the night! Then we are off up to his aunties in Ballater for a week. Will be nice to have a break.
