    :hello:
Back from a lovely day out.....met up with a mum and her 10wk old baby and our very own 3, with her two beautiful girls:D Kai and Violet were besotted with each other, twas all very cutie:p:D

Haven't read back, but will try to later....dh is wondering what we are having for dinner, and the kids have been teasing him with tales of huge chocolate sundaes:rotfl: So I best go investigate the freezer:rolleyes:

    Mel x

Lovely afternoon had by me too! :D Mel is as lovely as she sounds(posts), and isn't an axe murderer called Dave! :D

Kai and Violet were definately impressed with each other! But i'm undecided if Kai & Vie sounds cute, or like something you'd see on the visor strip of a Ford Capri (prob. only the older ladies will get that!):rotfl:

Liv was also impressed with Mels big boys.......boys are so much more fun than girls.

And seeing a little 10 week old baby has reminded me how bl00dy fast the first few months of your little ones life fly by.

I've never tried Dr Browns, might give them ago.

It sounds silly but because this is my last baby I feel inclined to make sure she has the best of everything I can afford to give her as I know I wont be doing all this again. :o

Tommee Tipple BTN were used in this house for one day - DS had colic for the first time on them . Went straight on to Dr Brown's and never had any issues with colic again.
    The IVF worked;DS born 2006.

 My 5 year old only weighs 2.5 stone! eats like a pig but is as skinny as a rake!

Ok no I was wrong she is just over 2 stone :rotfl:

    Hi all

Just wondering if anyone else is using the tommee tippee closer to nature anti colic bottles, the ones with the valve that changes colour inside.

I bought some yesterday and seriously think they're making her more windy

Im thinking of just sticking to the avent bottles Im using as well. Cliodhna thankfully doesnt have colic, I thought I would be proactive and see if I could prevent her getting it.

I thought they were rubbish!! I went back to using the normal TT CTN bottles........teamed with Dentinox colic drops:D

  • MacSmiler :kisses3: I may be magical and I am undoubtedly fantastic but dainty is just not a word that will ever describe me :rotfl: Saturday wasn't the first time I have been known to fall down steps in public!! I am clumsy as hell!

Krystal - when were you thinking of going swimming? ;)
I was thinking, reading the story thread, that most births seem traumatic :( I wonder why that is?

I think sometimes we read other peoples as being quite traumatic when they weren't actually written in that way IYSWIM. A couple of people who read mine said things about it being really traumatic but to me it was just the way to get my baby boy here safely.
    Am I making any sense??
Everyones' meeting up with other mummies, I don't know any other mummies bar Jasmines friends mums :( One day I will be popular :p

Get yourself to a new mum and baby group :D

    Silly Question time:

Do babies cry proper tears only I've never seen Leila cry tears although it might be that she isnt left long enough.:p

Congrats on the public feeding!! Did you ask if there is a more 'social' Booby Club nearby? I have been to 4 different ones and some were more like feeding clinics (sounds like what you went to today) others are more like mom and toddler because lots of the babies are over 1. You just need to find the ones that suit you.

I remember Benjamins first tear very clearly. He is not a big crier...the first time he squeezed out a tear I cried for about 10 minutes!!!
