Oh r.mac - I hate days like that :( Those are the days emergency chocolate is for. I'm sure there used to be a chocolate icon, but this one will do -:EasterBun.

Have a fab time at the picnic everyone. I will cross my fingers for lovely weather :)

I'm going to drop Izzy round at my parents shortly, then head into town - I'm signing up with a job agency this morning, and I'm hoping to also pop into the Debenhams sale. I have a gift card in my wallet, although I suspect it only has about £1.50 on it, and won't get me very far. But I ~really~ need a skirt that fits me and isn't made entirely of holes. I have been juggling the same 2 skirts for 6 months and they are looking decidedly worse for wear (this morning I have happily found that my biggest pair of work trousers will do up though... will have to have a modeling session later and see what else i can get away with!

Morning all.. *hugs* to the sleep deprived :o OH was complaining this morning about only having two hours sleep and going back to work.. I looked after Rhys through the night - OH was busy playing comp games so only himself to blame!

Not sure if it's a fluke but Rhys seems to have stepped up gear again and he's now draining bottles in half the time it used to take him  He's been proper crying for a couple of feeds and had extras so seems it's time to step up the quantity again. Getting him weighed by the visiting nurse this afternoon so will get some advice from her - gotta consider his kidneys and all that jazz.

Hope the weather holds out for the picnic! :)

well the weather in Warrington is glorious at the moment  - I hope the grass has dried out from the torrential rain yesterday though!

Girls, I'm not going to come along. :(

I've woken up with a runny nose, sore throat and a muzzy head. Whilst I know it's from getting caught in above torrential rain yesterday for about an hour because of where I work and all this crap on the news about flucking swine flu I'd rather not come and pass it on to you and all your gorgeous babies.

I'm in work and barricaded in my office so I can keep away from all the germy people so fingers crossed it is just a cold but I am not risking you guys even though I really wanted to meet you (esp Sami :kisses3:)

    Maybe next time :cry::cry::cry::cry:
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

3 - I used to be a ballet dancer and danced for 15 years in total but gave it up after I went to university.

I'm having the night/morning from hell :( LO slept for a grand total of 4 hours last night. slepe deprivation for 6 months is really taking it's toll on me now and I'm a grumpy boots today. I think it's a combination of her being a terrible sleeper and her teething pain (not her fault). I'm not feeling like a veyr nice person today....

.....repeats Savvy's mantra 'I'm doing a good job'.....

But won't be driving anywhere today as soooo tired I think I may crash. Going to take LO for a long walk to get some fresh air but first I'm going to try and convince her that after 2 1/2 hrs of terrorising me that it is nap time :D
I know it's not much help to you at the moment... But I've been where you are now, and you get through it... I keep joking with people because Caitlyn can do a 6hr stretch, Aimee was about 3 1/2 before she could do a 6hr stretch... But I survived! Co-sleeping helped a lot, as did learning to sleep through cbeebies at 6am just for an extra hour or so... And I just kept reminding myself that in the grand scheme of things, this was just 5 mind... I'd look back and it wouldn't seem that long at all, and now she's bigger and sleeps more (not as much as she should but I can live with it if she can) the worst days are just a blur and seem to of gone by in a flash!

You're doing a good job! And sleep is for the weak ;)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

    :rotfl:at your poor mum!

I actually got told off, publicly, in front of the other mums - for using fabric glue on the sequins last week! Bad mummy! The dancing principal Miss ***** was very serious about it! I thought the dance police were going to come and arrest me! I told her life's too short to be sewing on sequins! (Which she didn't find funny!) :rotfl:

Last nights Liverpool comp. wasn't too bad - but last years included a team of infants from a Liverpool school, spray tanned, orange faces, blue eyeshadow and red lipstick. Dancing to Yellow-polka-dot bikini, wearing yellow polka-dot bikinis and part of the dance was a bit of chest shaking! OH found it very disturbing!

It's wrong isn't it, I've seen thongs as part of costumes in the under 7's group :undecided.

I'm scared about going today :p:o
