OK, I have a sleeping baby, in her moses basket, not in my arms.
I'm gonna make the most of it and get some zzzzs myself now in case we have another restless night.
Thank you for everyone's helps this evening, I really do appreciate it.

I wanted to see what the difference was between the super-expensive Grobag ones and the cheapo ones from Tesco (or wherever). Turns out that the difference is about a foot of extra material!!
The one I bought was 6-18 months (not much difference in size there then!!) because I thought Benjamin would be too long for the 0-6m ones. It is massive! There is about a foot of extra space at the bottom!
I will try it at some point but I think I will be keeping hold of it until he is a bit taller.
The best thing was it comes with a nursery thermometer, which we already have but this one helpfully suggests what clothes and what tog of sleeping bag baby should be wearing too
I was watching out for you when I was sat in Starbucks - it's pretty child-friendly in there but out of 8 mums with babies I was the only one that didn't have a bottle.
You've put my mind at rest anyway, I was worried I should of bought the bigger bag for Caitlyn seeing as she's on the 98th centile for her height but if the next one up is too big for Benjamin then I think we'll be OK sticking with the smaller ones for a while... Won the eBay one... 99p plus £2.75 postage... I can live with that...
I'll have to get a pic of Caitlyn in the crib in hers now anyway, it's the white one with rosebuds on... She looks so beautiful in itA very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Would you lie her on it or roll it up next to her?
Sorry I didn't get back to you in time! Honest answer is I don't know - I've never tried it with Rhys, I've just seen it suggested on here before. Anyone else know?
That said, I am considering it, along with the warmed crib thing as he's awkward to get settled straight after a feed in the middle of the night. Not really bad, but I'm just getting fed up of my own sing-songy voice, whispering "Rhys.. please go to sleep.. you'll wake Daddy!" :rolleyes:0 -

When I am settling Benjamin I say 'good boy' lots and lots
He hasn't got a clue what the actual words mean (try saying something random in a smiley voice and he will still smile- try fish and chips
) but I thought it would be easier for him to associate 2 sounds with settling than loads of different sounds IYSWIM.
Another pearler from MFD's own brand of baby-bull:rotfl:
