Its my 5th Wedding anniversary in October! Can't believe it. Has it been long enough to get a decent gift yet?

    Traditional: Wood
    Modern: Silverware

    Need new steak knives?;)

Very awesome! Seriously it's been such an inspiring happy story Elle, I know you know that, but your attitude, prose and descriptions of progress have just been amazing to read. Even OH got a bit teary and she's never read any of it, just had updates from me :)

Awww, thankyou :o I just waffle on.. and on.. and on.. ;)

Fingers crossed for a decent next 24 hours for you - both on the sleep and work front! :D

    I NEED STRENGTH !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We started Jasmine on her new bedtime routine tonight, so she went to bed at 7.30, had her light on with a story till 8, light turned out, go to sleep
I have been going in every 5 mins ever since and am now knackered !! She is still bouncing around every time I close the door !! It will work, I just need the strength to keep going with this without smacking her bum sore !!

And we definately need to childproof - I currently have a hedge trimmer on my dining table.

Hehe, that is about as dangerous as it gets!

Sue, my rashly saying that obviously meant that when I got home tonight, all kinds of stress and because the phone rang while I was putting him down for the night and he therefore started awake and cried, OH felt he was ungrateful bstard who should learn some respect etc etc... we had a little talk about whether she was depressed, what was wrong and so on but mostly she bit my head off so I am letting her have me-time now :(

Although I MAY know some Meatloaf lyrics it doesn't make me happy and I pretend not to.

Sorry your OH is finding things hard. I know when I'm down/irrational its almost as bad for OH as it is for me. Make sure you have someone to talk to and make sure you take time for you.

(And I know pretty much every Meatloaf lyric. I remember being really uncool at school - I was nine and everyone was really into Take That and I'd come home and listen to Bat Out Of Hell.
Feelie even if Toby did fall sleep in his Bumbo it would do him no harm coz you could just move him out of it.

Good idea. Might take a quick picture first though! One of my favourite pictures is of me holding him when he fell asleep while being burped - all leaning forward with a wrinkly forehead and eye closed, ahh.

.. I've just had to make shussing noises for 40 minutes to get her off to sleep - it's made me really thirsty! I suppose i'll have to have a nice cold glass of pink wine now to make it better! :D

Wish I could have one.. blooming Tesco and their ID policy :(

For the record, I'm 25.. not that the Tesco man believed me! :o

Just googled what 7 years gets me and found this:

January - Marry when the year is new, he'll be loving, kind and true.

February - When February birds do mate, you wed nor dread your fate.

March - If you wed when March winds blow, joy and sorrow both you'll know.

April- Marry in April if you can, joy for maiden and for man.

May - Marry in the month of May, you will romance the day.

June - Marry when June roses grow and over land and sea you'll go.

July - Those who in July do wed must labour for their daily bread.

August - Whoever wed in August be, many a change is sure to see.

September - Marry in September's shine so that your life is rich and fine.

October - If in October you do marry, love will come but riches tarry.

November - If you wed in bleak November, only joys will come, remember!

December - When December's snows fall fast, marry and your love will last.
