IME, yes. Jamie cut his top two on Sunday and he is still a bit grumpy and red cheeked today.

I use A&P powders and gave him Calpol before bed.

    xx

Thanks lovely, is the red cheekedness a bit like a general blushyness or a mini red cheek circle?

I'm kinda on the look out for the pox too, so I'm worried about symptom confusion !!!

Poor fergie, harbouring pox and teething :(

Well done Jamie on new teeth :)

Because now I have to pick between two months' "labels", and they're confusing already! :D

Doh! Not why that, why was your wedding 6 months after your actual wedding!

Tell only me SB...I haven't had anything yet

and me! and me! and susan and r mac, we haven't got anything either *joins in whimpering*

Celia isn't as excited to see me and her Daddy. He came home from work yesterday and she wasn't paying attention when he walked in the door (she was sat on my knee watching me play on the computer). I asked her who had just walked in and she squealed "DADDEE!" and bounced up and down excitedly! Himself was a bit impressed!

    Ahhhh d'oh!
Because my wife is Californian - she moved out to be with me on a post-student visa which lasted 6 months (after a long-distance relationship with frequent short visits, over about 2.5 years). We had the choice of getting married before her visa ran out, or going back to long-distance! Luckily we were already engaged, so after some thought we decided we'd just sneak off to the registry office with my parents and a couple of witnesses, but make a big deal of the official wedding party later in the year when we could sort everything out.
So that turned into marrying 2 days before her visa expired, followed by 6 months sorting out a wedding! :)

I got IDed for cigarettes once (which weren't actually for me, I've never smoked) - I was on holiday in Norfolk, 22, 6'5", unshaven and wearing nothing but cut-off denim shorts (having just stepped off a sailing dinghy in the sun) and sunglasses. I had no ID.
Was the weirdest experience, I think you could've asked a hundred people if there was any possibility I was 15 and none would've said yes. I think the lady may've taken offence at my dishevelled appearance

I got id'd for cigarettes loads when I was buying petrol for my car :doh:they were quite happy to sell me the petrol but not the cigarettes!! I complained to the manager in the end and got an apology :p

Now DH and I have been discussing holidays - we'll just come to yours for a few days then.....

Actually thinking of Abu Dhabi :D I suggested camping in Aviemore first, but only to guage the budget DH had in mind without putting on the pressure ;)

Hello scrummy mummy and button :D

Doesn't Abu Dhabi = hotty wotty???

I know you have lovely olive skin but won't it be tough on LO?

Or maybe she likes heat? Benjamin is a complete grump when he is too hot!!

(you must really like jaffa cakes :))

Girls (and bruno) HELP! - fergie grew a tooth today and I can't feel any more coming but he's woken up crying a few times since bedtime (pretty unheard of here, please don't shoot me). Does toothy pain continue after the tooth has come through? DH is away and it's a bit weird not having a grown up here to chat it through with!

I'm just using teeting gel at the mo, shall I give a drop of calpol too at the dream feed at 10?

    TIA :)

Are they homemade jaffa cakes? They made them on Something for the Weekend a while back!

Congrats Fergie on toothy no.1 :D
