Hi. Didn't mean to offend in any way. I'm hoping to have another section due to crohn's and 3 lots of previous bowel surgery/burst appendix/prem baby last time. I wondered how you broach the subject with the midwife or hospital. Hope everything goes well with the next few weeks :o

No offence taken. I didn't have to broach it really. We talked about all the issues, it was suggested as an option, I thought about it for a while and it was agreed by all as the way to go. Just ask and see how you get on. If you've already had a section in the past whether you should have a repeat or a vbac should be on the agenda for discussion at some point anyway and no one will be surprised at you raising it.
  • Interview today! Well at least it has given me the chance to wear the (2nd hand but looks like new!) 'little black dress' from Next Maternity which I bought the 1st time I got PG but never got to wear! It's about the most formal thing I've got - plus it really does show the bump and so they won't be able to ignore the fact that I am PG! It's all such a waste of time as I know full well that I am going to be the one to go, but we have to 'go through the motions' - what a farce! Trying not to get too stressed about it - although I was in a foul mood last nite so I guess it is getting to me really.

At least I was cheered up by my Ebay purchases which arrived yesterday - the absolutely cutest little babygro's and teeny little socks, and the most darling little boots...and a really lovely fleecy top with Tigger on it..... Got 2 'bargain bundles' very cheap! DH thinks it is funny how I go into raptures over these teeny tiny things! Especially now he's had it confirmed by my mum that I was not a 'girly' girl and didn't enjoy playing with baby dolls and stuff like that! (I liked the more grown-up ones I could design & make clothes for and act out stories with!).

Hope everyone is well and happy today!

FE,Hope everything went OK with the interview - will they keep you in suspense or will they be making their decision soon ?

Glad you managed to cheer yourself up with some retail therapy.

As we don't want to find out the sex I'm trying not to buy too much stuff - I know that I'll want to go out and spend a ridiculous amount of money on blue or pink outfits as soon as I'm able to walk after the birth.

Hope everyone else is OK & the Bumps are expanding nicely.

Yeay Notsslass thats fab half way already :D

Am starting aquanatal today so may not get a chance to pop back into today. Had physio yesterday for my back, got lots of info and advice and was fitted with a support belt too lol. Had already bought a body pillow which therapist said was good and will be buying a fitness ball too at her recomendation.

Its all glamour. - Bet you thought this pregnancy malarkey was all about buying cute clothes and nursery colour scheams.lol.

I'm thinking of getting a support pillow as well - Back is starting to ache a bit now.

Enjoy the aqua natel - I've turned into a right lazy slob !!! I used to run quite a bit,but haven't got the energy now ( thats old age). But I'll hopefully up and running again when Beans here - it'll be a great way to loose the baby weight.
