Good morning all.
Still feeling a bit gutted about the weekend although everyone has said they have forgiven me as long as i don't do it again, i can't help but feel there is still some fallout yet to come from it all though.
Anyway, on a positive note.....1 AFD for me so far please.

Well, after a weekend of "some" excess, last night was alcohol free.
Aiming for the same tonight, though with curry on the menu, this may be more of a challenge.Like all revolutions, guerrilla goodness begins slowly, with a single act. Let it be yours.

Hi all,
YM please put me down for my first AFD of September, so that's 1/30 for me! :j
GP - OMG, I am in awe of your bicycling (is that a word??) prowess. I can barely cycle round the block and my a*se starts to ache. You must have buns of steel!! I must try harder on the bike, but it hurts.
I think my backside is much too large for the seat, so that doesn't help - it's like cycling on a razor blade........... anyhoooo, that's too much information for most of you, I'm sure, so I'll shut up now :rotfl: :rotfl:
Am on track for another AFD today. I have a "new" AA meeting to go to tonight. It's a step meeting, which I believe means that we are studying the AA 12 step recovery program. I've no idea what that actually entails, but I'm not going to find out sitting at home, so I thought I'd give it a try tonight.
Hugs and love to you all on this fine Wednesday. Erm, it's not really fine, it's raining, but you get what I mean!
Remember that it isn't Tuesday, there has been a Bank Holiday (it feels like a Tuesday to me).

Um slides in - admits not AF last night (2 small cans wine - yup specially purchased at 9.30 - if I had left it half an hour I would have had no opportunity) - slides out - need to try harder - YM those eyes gave me nightmares last night. Rubbish nights sleep feeling a bit bleurgh today - however - Onwards to the naughty step for me.
No excuses here stressed for work but to be honest I'd be stressed or not stressed and find an excuse - out for tea tonight and driving so will leave purse at work and be onwards AF - hopefully til the end of the month.
Morning to you all - I like and respect the honesty here so no point in my not 'fessing up.
Slides off to naughty step.................xx well done to those on day 1 AFTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:

I think that has been the problem, I hadn't really made up my mind where I want to be. Things are a bit clearer today for some reason (not just the AF day yesterday
)....
Best Wishes
Have a great day everyone
