Glad to see so many people joining in for September - lets give our YM a nice big list to keep track of :rotfl:!

Bells were ringing very loudly for me tonight. Still are, if I'm honest. No intention of drinking today though - no sure whats set them off

  • Evening!

No bells for me tonight, so for once it has felt like an easy AF day, yipppeeee! :j:D I know this won't happen very often, so I won't get complacent.

Am totally stuffed after scoffing HM chicken bhuna and pilau rice. My OH and I have probably eaten double portions - oops! Sorry to you dieters out there. I need to lose quite a lot of weight, but I'm focussing on being AF first, that's much more important at the moment.

I am still craving sugary things like mad. I never used to have a sweet tooth. We've got no choklit in the house or nice puddingy things to eat, so I've made do with a Nature Valley maple syrup crunchie bar instead (they are very yummy actually).

Off to relax now. Well done to those who are and will be AF tonight, it's a GREAT start to September! :T

    Hugs,
