Well done to all being alcohol free last night.

Cazza I think you are doing really well and should be very proud of yourself.It is so much nicer to wake up un-hungovered isn't it.

115K...You are doing really well too.Do you feel like you have turned a corner at last and are finally settling down to sorting your drinking.You seemed to be really struggling not long ago...but now...10 days.Wow.

Miss Piggy..Glad you are feeling a bit better today and well done on 5lbs weight loss.That is brilliant:T:T

Well done to Debtmonkey and Geranium and anyone else I have missed.

YM...can you put my name on your list please.Going to aim for one day again:D so I can have an early jumpy;)

Last night I had a bottle of white burgundy, and very nice it was too.
I also bought some Black Sheep ale form Sainsbury's as it was on offer (3 for £4) - without realising it I have failed my objective not to buy beer just because it is on offer, and am feeling disappointed with myself for being drawn by the big "SAVING" sign. Grrrrrr.

Martin Lewis was on GMTV this morning talking about the Virgin Media deal, £150 cashback with Quidco, works out over the year at around £11 a month. BT line charges are £11.75 or summat just for phone, but the Virgin one includes phone, tv AND internet. HTH
