Just a quickie to say :j Molly Polly is back :j phew glad to hear from you sweetheart and yes we do need to have you and your whip back ;) Hugs and take care of you ;) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Winebox you are so adorable, thanks for the message sweetheart and I hope that the rest of the month goes well for you. Hugs xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Fluffy is also missing but she said she would be, so hugs and lots of love to Fluffy also xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

GG yes I shall look forward to our conflab on the X Factor, last night I really liked: Stacey, Joseph and Daryl. Oh there is some glimmer of light at the end of this blinking dark tunnel. Hugs sweetheart xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Oh and 40sm forgot to say in my earlier post, I hope your Mum is still improving and getting better? Hugs xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

One thing upset me a little, a friend I work with told me in a very caring way that I have not been myself for a long time. She said that I don't say my little sayings anymore ie love and light etc. It made me realise that I don't. The therapist I have seen earlier today said I am subdued, I thought that hit the nail on the head. I want my positivity back and I want it back right now ;) (Stamps feet).

I guess I shall have to work on it.

    Hugs and God Bless
    Budgie xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Cherish the ones you love and travel back on the road that brings you home :)

Hurray!!! Winebox is back, Mollys back, Budgie is posting...we've got new people, old freinds of the thread..people are going to bed early AF...I can feel a collective lift to the thread tonight.

Budgie...two long posts...thought you were packing?!......have a fab time with DS, we all know how much you adore him and hes lucky to have a mum like you...don't worry darling the real Budgie will emerge again soon, promise, just hang on in there sweetie.

All this talk about music made me remember another great plus about being AF...I am an eighties child and I NO LONGER JUMP UP LIKE AN IDIOT BELEIVING I CAN DANCE EVERY TIME AN OLD 'CLASSIC' COMES ON....can't believe how I used to think I was such a groover when drunk, because I know for a fact I CAN'T dance, I've seen the video evidence from weddings etc...and a complete berk I looked too...thank goodness that shame is now spared me.

Good luck tonight everyone, seems most of you are tucked up already, have a good sleep, catch you all tomorrow.

I'll be off to bed shortly, but this thread has been helpful tonight. We did open a second bottle, but I only had one small glass from it, and OH didn't finish the bottle (always so tempting). My goal for tomorrow: not to do any worse than I did today. Which is a lot by some books, but a lot less than I am capable of. And maybe read more of the Alan Carr.

Work tomorrow, after 3 1/2 weeks off. Not looking forward to it, especially as there's marking to be done.

Good Evening all, nice to hear how everyone is doing.

Glad you are back on track Caz.

I rarely get the call of Alcohol these days but I did last Tuesday:mad: came from nowhere and went fairly quickly,I couldnt take what goes with a drink today.I am an Alcoholic so accept a drinking thought will come into my head from time to time,as long as I dont act on it I will do another day sober.

Couldnt bear the obsession back,if I wasnt drinking I was thinking about it.

Off to my bed now Camomile tea with slice of lemon in.:jdelicious.

Good luck to all achieving your targets..
