AF today (not difficult as I was working ), going straight to bed. Trying to start a newer healthy regime from tomorrow, so hoping for another AFD tomorrow!

Been sooooooo busy..Puppy sitting and moving DD2 again as she didnt want to stay where she was after what happened in the flat next door.!!!!
Puppy has now gone to his new place ...thank goodness......DH and I have decided we are definitey to old and selfish to have any more pets LOL.
So peace and quiet returns....

To all the newbies...Good luck with cutting down/giving up.It was Allen Carr's book 'No more Hangovers' and this thread that have helped me be Alcohol free for nearly 17 months.

Normal service should now be resumed and..............THE WHIP IS OUT!!!!!
