I may be able to work my way round to finding him... it is going to be January...I may even be able to run without too much sweating... you know... to beat the kids :D
I saw two shooting stars last night
I wished on them but they were only satellites
Is it wrong to wish on space hardware

Please, please, please (and a few more pleases for good measure - its important) read the article and very many associated follow ups below the article (from both sides of the argument) before you even consider it. And when you have read, please think about walking away...

Edited to add: DH has bought the less strong Crest whitening strips when we've been to the States (cheapest we found were at Costco). Both he and his sister tried them and both got good results, however she had to stop using them very early on due to extreme sensitivity.

I think I'm going to do the Crest thing... we're there for 14 days, I can still come back shades lighter :D

  • Hi. We're going on the 14th but I need to ask where in Orlando should we buy our currency? or would it just be better to buy it here? The rate on the high street is poor :-(

Cannot really help you on this as I use Credit cards all the time. Was always the Nationwide, but I am now switching over to Abbey's Zero card. And everything I buy or use out there I put on the Credit card even a cup of coffee!. I just take a £200 ish for loose change and tips.
And I change up over here using FX or whoever has the best rate at the time. We have a moneyshop in Folkestone, cheque cashing, pawn shop, whatever, and they sometimes have a far better rate of exchange. Strange place but if it works.... and these shops are nationwide.;)

  • I plan to get married in orlando September 2010. Does anyone know if Virgin holidays will be having a January sale? And if so, how likely is it that the disney hotels will be on sale.

    Thanks in advance.

Also if anybody has got married in Orlando I would appreciate your advice

Don't buy in Orlando. There are very few places where yoiu can actually do that, and the rates won't be good.

The rate's pretty good at the moment - I got $1.30 in April

What sort of wedding are you planning? A Disney one? There are loads of great websites for advice if so - I'll dig them out if you like.

I'm never convinced that the VH sales are always cheaper, personally (I'm not saying they never are!).

There are ways to book Disney hotels cheaper if you book direct - would you be prepared to do that? Do you have a hotel in mind?

Sorry, more questions than answers ;)
