We stayed at Villas at Somerset last year and loved it. Staff at the clubhouse lovely. Say hello to Teresa. We tended to eat on 192 as choice was great. We love Ponderosa for breakfast. There is one oppisite Old Town on 192. Cicis Pizze is great for dinner and Golden Corral at anytime. Have a great time.

Thanks but are the villas at Somerset the same as Villas of Somerset? As there are so many villas just wanted to make sure:D

Not to pay for a VH booking i'm afraid... you can covert Virgin Flying Club miles into vouchers to pay off the balance of a VH booking though :j

  • Hi - We want to go to halloween night at Universal whilst in Florida and wondered whether anybody knows if I can get into the horror night (at additional cost) with my 14 day ultimate ticket or do I have to also purchase the day ticket for Universal to be able to get into the fear night.

Can't see that it says this on the site, it just quotes:

A daytime park ticket does NOT include Halloween Horror Nights, as this is a separately ticketed event.

You may upgrade your daytime park ticket to include Halloween Horror Nights by purchasing a Stay and Scream ticket (includes both daytime and Halloween Horror Nights admission) at the same time you purchase your regular park ticket.

Stay and Scream tickets are valid for one admission to Halloween Horror Nights. Prices for the Stay & Scream upgrade are $64.99 +tax for Saturday nights, $49.99 +tax for Friday nights and $34.99 +tax for all other nights in addition to your daytime park ticket admission.

Would hate to buy a separate ticket only to find that we have to spend an extra $75 each to be able to use the fear night ticket!

    Many thanks for any help.
When you were born, you were crying and everyone around was smiling. Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying! :rotfl:

It looks like we're going to fly out on holiday a couple of days early so are looking for somewhere to stay. We've been offered the Radisson Celebration. I think bm has stayed there before so was looking for feedback from anyone who's been there.

I liked it there V, whe are you flying out? Will we see you at the airport?

It's quite near to Disney, the rooms are clean and presentable, a fridge in the room. Pizza hut downstairs in the lobby, nice restaurant for breakfast. What else do you need to know?

On the website though it says it's better to book before you go as tickets get sold out - can I still book it this side before we go and then go to guest services when we get there?

Yes its the same. Just of 192 in fact you can walk to 192 from there. It was far enough away to be quiet. It was very handy as it was very near most things. Enjoy. When we went we were allowed to use the facilities at Lucaya Villas which is the other side of 192. They have a free internet room which was great for the kids.
