Orlando/Disneyworld Thread (Part 3)

Really have to disagree... we love Sea World and have been to both Orlando and San Diego many times...

We took our children 2 years ago aged 2 and 3 and they loved it too...

of course now the free beers have stopped dh may not enjoy it as much this visit!

Head for Clearwater and see dolphins in their true habitat. Far more satisfying.

Seaworld is amazing, both my girls loved it (they were almost 2 & 8 at the time) & have both asked to go back this time (age 3 & 10 now) especially to see Shamu & the Believe Show which totally is fantastic.

I actually really liked Seaworld as well. I'm not one for sitting around watching shows but the flight one (can't remember it's name....saw way too much last year) was pretty amazing, although the Shanu one for me was a bit too mushy. Had to sit through it totally soaking as me and the step-daughter made the mistake of sitting at the front of the boat on journey to Atlantis:D

Please, do we really have to re-hash this 'debate' AGAIN?

I've lost count of how many times this has come up!

The bottom line is this:

Millions of people LOVE Seaworld

Some people HATE Seaworld

and some (not insinuating/accusing any in particular) of these will bring forth all manner of attempted guilt-inducing arguments, similar to views regualarly trotted out about any kind of Zoological establishment, few, if any, of which hold very much water (no pun intended) these days - whatever the establishment's origins.

You went to Seaworld and they had............Creatures from the sea!!! How disappointing for you.
you didn't pay your money just to watch a whale, there are many other Animals/Mammals etc. you cannot tell me, that after all the travelling you claim to do that you did not know what Seaworld was about!

Also remember that Manta is at Seaworld and that is an awesome ride! Well worth a visit for Manta if nothing else!

And Although Seaworld and Busch Gardens now sold, the Newest "Anhouser Busch) park Aquatica is still there opposit it's former brother park (Seaworld)
