Do you know what, I didn't even know you could get anything other than 7/14 day tickets!
I have heard of Seaworld, that's on our list of things to see.. I've not looked into the aligators though and DS did mention wanting to see them, so thats a good idea, thanks
I think I need to do some more research as you say..
We did look at car hire but the car they include with the holiday was going to cost us £280 to insure, so we thought we'd be better just hiring one ourselves for a few days instead? Do you know what company is best?

Definitely worth getting an Orlando Magicard from the above website before you leave. You get discount books for all the main shopping malls (though not necessarily for all the shops in them). I've saved myself a fortune with these. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Also does anyone know a good car hire company that has a base at Orlando Sanford Airport?
I got mine for TravelRepublic & saved around £500, I didn't pay for Special Delivery yet they came that way within a few days of ordering & they are REAL tickets not vouchers like some places are.2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,0 -
We are going to Florida in September and are hiring a car. Do you need the paper licence as well as the photo licence whilst driving over there?
Me and my wife have both lost our paper ones.0 -

We always take both parts, used to only get asked for photocards but more recently have always been asked for both parts.
You have plenty of time to get replacements issued if you're not going until September (and if you're involved in an accident here and need to produce your documents you'll need to produce both parts, so really need to get replacements if you've lost the paper part anyway http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Motoring/DriverLicensing/NeedANewOrUpdatedLicence/DG_4022085)2.22kWp Solar PV system installed Oct 2010, Fronius IG20 Inverter, south facing (-5 deg), 30 degree pitch, no shadingEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endMFW #4 OPs: 2018 £866.89, 2019 £1322.33, 2020 £1337.07

Ive hired in the US about 20 times and never once been asked for the paper bit, also ive been stopped by the police about 5 times and they too have never asked for the counterpart.
I usually mean to take it, even on my most recent trip in September i forgot it and had no problems. I doubt you'd have any problems if they asked for it and you said you'd forgot it, but its probably worth just getting because you never know, you might get some jobsworth. The Summer Holiday of a Lifetime0 -
We have holidayed in the US quite a bit too, but our last trip was the only time we ever had to produce the paper part of the license. it was closely scrutinised as well. Jobsworth maybe - or could be tightening up? Could be we looked dodgy
.Not sure what the reaction would have been had we not got it.

I wouldn't bother with Seaworld.
Arrived first thing after hearing a hoard of good reviews about this place. Paid in and got a map. Straight away i was stumped as to what rides there were, well here you are there are 8 rides in the entire park thats right 8 rides, 6 of which are for young children.
Anyway there are a few lother rides such as the tower thing, row boats, trampolene etc... Seaworld forgot to mention you actually have to pay again to go on those. I am not joking, I paid nearly $300 for my family in only to find out you have to pay again for individual rides.
I went to customer services and was told seaworld was a show orientated place not a ride place, I refused to waste an enitre day and $300 to watch a whale. Was told i couldnt get a refund, kicked off with utter disgust and got one.
Please please do not waste a day at this place. You will regret it.
