CSA to raid bank accounts?

I don't deal with the CSA (thank goodness) but rather have dealt with the REMO process for inter jurisdictional orders. I generally wouldn't have a problem with bank accounts etc being accessed for someone strictly refusing to pay - but this would be ASSUMING (and I wouldn't feel confident to do that with the CSA) that their information is correct, that proper calculations have been made etc. From what I read on the boards here I'm glad I don't deal with the CSA, and I don't see a whole lot of confidence in them actually having the correct details. So unfortunately, if they were to roll this out, I can see alot of paying parents being taken for money that they do not actually owe.
The records have to be accurate, and it has to be a strict case of 'I refuse to pay to help provide for my child'. Given that - I would say that it's a terrible idea for the CSA to roll this out - as what they have now doesn't work.

my ex used me to get pregnant for one reason only, she wanted her own council house just like her mummy had, as far as i was aware she was on the pill, we had discussed contraception and to my knowledge we were using it, so i was not being irresponsible in any way, she announces she is pregnant, turns into the most hatefull and evil person imaginable the same day, when we were housed by the local authority she went to a solicitor, lied and said i was beating her up, had an order served on me without my prior knowledge banning me from entering the property, managed to get the house signed solely into her name and would not let me enter, in order to thwart my attempts at reconcilliation moved in my half brother and started sleeping with him within 6 months of giving birth, allowed me to see my son under supervision of a social worker a few times then moved without telling me or any of my family to an undisclosed address, i went round to see my son and she had dissapeared, immediatly contacts the csa demanding money despite living in a council house on benefits which are paid for from my (insert swear word here) taxes anyway, she took my home, son, brother, dog and its entire contents from me, and people think im in the wrong and should pay extra money on top of my already extortionate taxes to fund her lifestyle??
i will cut my gonads off and eat them raw before i ever send a penny her way, i was at all times and still are more than willing to have my son live with me and pay for his upbringing anytime, but it will be a cold day in hell before i will pay her or the csa a penny

She did all of the above safe in the knowledge that she would have all and any judges rule in her favour and that she would never have to pay a penny for legal assistance of any kind as she was on benefits whilst i would have to pay extortionate amounts in lawyers and court fees, the fact that she was mentally unstable (under the care of the local mental health team) and used to physicaly and mentaly abuse me ( i have gp reports to prove it) was never seen as relevant in any way by any professional, im sure there are some hard done by and deserving mums out there, but for every one of them there is a complete (insert swear word again) of a woman who is taking the mickey, so when you girls are feeling all judgemental remember that not all of your female counterparts are deserving cases either morally or legally, and if i pay the csa there pound of flesh will my son benefit in any way? not at all
this leech has been abusing taxpayers money in benefits for more than sixteen years now, go get your pound of flesh from her i say

Just because she is on benefits, does not give you the right to not pay child support, do you honestly think your taxes alone pay for her IS, HB CT.

I am sorry but the CSA was set up just for people like you.

If he pays CM will she still get the same IS HB CT?

If his CSA payments are more than IS (not often) then she will not get IS any longer and just get the CSA, normally she will only get too keep £20 of the CSA payments and still keep IS. CSA is no longer counted when working out HB

And it tells everybody not to take the woman's word that she is on the pill as being gospel truth. If you don't want children, take responsibility yourself, rather than let somebody else do it for you.

Unfortunately, the fella you are slating, is at the other end of the 'bitterness scale' you have attached yourself to.

It's just not good enough that a dad can feel hard done by aswell is it. We all know that its only the women that have a hard time :rolleyes:
