Thanks primmer, with the sizes I have that will be 6 tablets
oh well, of to FS for scan this morning to see how things are going, will be interesting as I have had lots of ov type pain on my left side since I started the gonal f, so I'm quite keen to see what is going on in there.
Happy Monday ladies0 -
Good luck MrsH. What's next in terms of the cycle ? Hope there's plenty to see today.0

Good luck today Mrs H. I take Royal Jelly and hadn'y even checked the recommended dosage! I'll need to take 6 of mine too and I already rattle when I walk! Good luck with the scan.
AFM: I'm plodding along. I had a tricky day yesterday where I met up with my sister for the first time since the miscarriage, so it was also the first time I've seen my 4 month old nephew. It was hard sitting there wanting to grab him and run, but I'm glad I've got the difficult first time over and done with. My temping has been a bit hit and miss, mostly because I'm struggling to work my thermometer, but I'll keep trying!0 -
Good luck with the scan mrshappy.
I seem to have invented a new type of symptom spotting where I assume every little thing is due to the buserelin. Over the last few days I've blamed it for mood swings, fatigue, painful eyes and only wanting to eat chocolate lol.
ETA: I'm definitely blaming it for the nurse at work being off with me today. Grr, what is her problem?!?0 -
Good luck for the scan mrs h!
Tea, how's your cycle going? How's it working part time there?
T2d thinking of you with your op today
Derby, well done for not stealing your nephewI have a heavily pregnant friends who I saw last weekend and I was ok with the bump-ness. I saw her again yesterday and was fine while she was here, but desperately wanted to touch her bump and feel what it was like...but really I want to feel what it's like from the inside. I want that bump!
I've ditched the cbfm again this cycle after nothing but highs. My cervix is closed and not high and not soft, so I've no faith that ov is approaching like cbfm wants me to think. I think I ov'd on cd 10 when out was the highest and softest I've known it be in a long time. It seems the more cycles on clomid I have, the more estrogen I produce and cbfm can't cope with it. In any case, if I'm right about cd 10, we bd'd cd8+9+11+12, so hopefully something worked....not that I have much hope left that this'll happen any which way! I am wondering how long my cycle will be though, to see how long an lp I'll have if worked back to cd 10..."I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0 -
Can someone please remind me how to quote?!?
BZ-This is why I love being on this forum (as much as you can given the circumstances), and it's because it's just such a relief to have people who are feeling what I'm feeling too. When I meet up with pregnant women, I really have to hold back from asking very inappropriate questions about what it's like to have a baby inside you, how they feel, whether their OH is all touchy feely, how often they rub their belly etc. What does it feel like when they move?
I've obsessively fascinated by it all and I hope so much I get to find out for myself and that everyone here does too. I feel so protective of everybody on this forum0 -
I'm glad it's not just me that's slightly (ahem!) obsessed with pg ladies.
BZ - working part time is ace! Although it's technically the same company it's different people and a completely different role. There's loads to learn and I constantly feel like I have no idea what's going on but the people are lovely, and I could see myself staying here. Plus of course I get some more time at home, and I can easily fit work around hospital appts. Am, so so glad I bit the bullet and handed my notice in.
Cycle going ok. Been down-regging for about 10 days now so just waiting for af to show. Hopefully soon so it's all done and dusted before the scan on the 18th.0 -
Cervix question!
I have never 'tested', have mainly done with Cbfm, to no avail obviously! But how do you test? Any webbies out there that will explain what to do? O0 -

Are you asking how to feel your cervix?
If so, best position is squating or sat on the loo. Push a finger up and you should feel a lump in the middle somewhere. It'll take you a while to work out what each of the different positions feel like but essentially it'll either be:
Hard - Like the tip if your nose
Soft - Like your lips (on your face!)
Anywhere in between
High - Sometimes you might have a hard time finding it at all....(that's a good thing, means your fertile)
Low - As soon as you put your finger in you'll be able to feel it. It's usually very hard when in this position.
Anywhere in between.
Open - You'll feel a depression like you can almost get the tip of your finger inside.
Closed - It'll feel very tight, the opposite of open really!
Anywhere in between.
Generally fertile is High, Soft and Open.......
And (generally) Not Fertile is Low, Hard and Closed.
My cervix usually drops right down right before AF.
Best to check it at the same time every day as it can move between all the various positions at different points during the day. A bit like temping.
Apologies if that isn't what you asked for!14th October 201020th October 20113rd December 20130 -
That's exactly what I asked. Thank you so much. I shall try and acquaint myself with it. I'm sure is very easy, but it sounds awfully complicated in my head..... Right, off to the loo!0
